Fantastic keto bread... absolutely delicious and can't tell the difference from bakery white bread and only a few bucks a loaf at Costco you can't go wrong.I've had four slices in one sitting and wasn't kicked out of keto. Please keep supplying Costco for years and years. Would also love to see a cinnamon raisin keto version made with erythrithol...

They let me work on my feet for 5hrs !!! Then I take an lunch and break , I get back some guy name Albert goes and tell the manger ! He tells him it's fine ... next couple of days I go to work and the boss isn't there i get fired but I seen how disgusting everything was getting so in the mist of me taking photos and videos of this place I was fired -Sincerely a young blk women I will get to the bottom

It's too bad they only make their keto friendly sliced bread for Costco and their keto friendly hamburger buns and dinner rolls seasonally for Costco.They are the best tasting low carb bread/rolls but they also have a great texture that blows away all other mass produced low carb white breads which are usually tasteless.

Absolutely mind blowing bread. So thankful when I do eat carbs that I can choose to cash it all in with Galasso's.My review is based on all of their products that I have had and not the actual Mira Loma location which I have not been to. You can find their breads in various high end meat shops...which in itself says a lot about the quality. If you're near or passing through Huntington Beach, I highly suggest Beef Palace. The meat is fresh, the butchers are knowledgable, their jerky is made fresh and best of all, they have Galasso's sourdough rolls. I actually plan the trip around the rolls and then create the rest of the meal around how to complement the bread.I've also had the white, wheat and regular sourdough bread. The sourdough is definitely something they have down pat. Thick slices of tart, delicious, fluffy but dense goodness. Swoon.

I have bought 4 loaves of their Keto bread so far, and now have purchased more from Costco. When you get them fresh, the bread literally tastes like regular white bread and there is almost no difference in taste. Be warned, I find that this bread does not hold very well. This can be a good or bad thing depending on how you see it! I am all about consuming all natural with minimal to no preservatives, which I am assuming is primarily the reason why it doesn't hold for more than a couple of days. I buy this bread from Costco and am the only one in my household to consume it, so it does take me a while to get through two entire loaves. I have tried storing in the freezer and or in the fridge, and sadly it dries out the bread too much and falls apart so quickly, so keep in mind to make sure you are enjoying this bread as soon as you can! Otherwise, for no more than $4/loaf (if purchasing from Costco) and at 30 cals/slice, this bread is a pretty good deal, compared to other brands at 8-frickin-dollars a loaf.

My parents have been ordering from this company for close to 20 years...and recently their bread quality has been all over the place. Sometimes the breads are super skinny and small and the next week they are fat and flat, sometimes they are super hard and others super nice and fluffy. Not only that but as a small business we sometimes need bread mid week but because of thier new ordering schedule, we have to order bread 5 days in advance. Ridiculous.

I went to from this bakery hoping they could assist me with a special type of cake...instead the person at the desk had a rude attitude and was so rude I decided to leave! I was irritated and told him he was being irrationally disrespectful. I told him I never been treated this my in my life. On my way out he followed me in his car and was being rude and racist when I told him I would take my business elsewhere. He was yelling "go back to Iran". He followed me in his car and was yelling expletives and flipping me off. I pulled over in case he was going to hit my car and he was yelling and threatening to hurt me. I took a video and he exploded even more! Avoid this place at all costs, I will go to Porto's instead of trying to help out a local business.

I got this for the first time from Costco. I have tried other keto breads but they've been too hard, too chewy, bland or too overpriced. This is amazing bread, very soft and delicious and so affordable at Costco. it's great for sandwiches, toast and pretty much for everything else. Being a local company and woman based helps too.

I served a ton of Galasso's sub rolls when I was in the restaurant business. Sure wish they sold to the public. Anyone know where to buy them in the Corona area?
