Absolutely loved my experience at Fusion Restaurant & Bar! The Thai flavors were on point, and every dish was a delightful burst of taste. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for a cozy dinner. Staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. Can't wait to return! Highly recommend!

This place has an extensive vegan and vegetarian menu which is pretty cool! Unfortunately, I wasn't super impressed with the food I tried. I ordered a vegan pho and a vegan banh mi. The pho was the better of the two. I liked the vegan spiced beef meatballs but the airy and light fried tofu in the pho didn't feel texturally comparable to sliced beef in pho. I also didn't feel like there was enough protein in the bowl, since normally pho is packed with a variety of different meats. The flavor of the soup was nice and the amount of noodles was satisfactory as well.The banh mi was not so good. I liked the crinkle cut radish and carrots but that's about all. The sliced beef meatballs and the fried tofu again didn't really evoke the taste and texture of meat in a banh mi, and the protein was basically just a few thin non-overlapping slices per section of the sandwich. The worst offender-- the sandwich was dry. Vegan should mean vegan mayo, not no mayo at all. It was sooooo dry. I had to take it home and add my own mayo. I don't hate this restaurant, and I really appreciate the willingness to incorporate a vegan friendly menu. However, the pho and banh mi missed the mark for me. I think I'd just order different items next time, like some of the saucy stir fry plates instead.

The lasagne was just okay--it had a taste reminiscent of store-bought tomato sauce and parmesan, which made it somewhat underwhelming. We also tried the beef pho, which was alright, and the vermicelli with charbroiled pork, which stood out for its fantastic aroma and flavor. The egg rolls that came with the vermicelli were also super delicious and a great addition to the dish.Our starter, the fusion calamari, was the highlight of the meal. It had a perfect crunch, with just the right ratio of breading to calamari, and the addition of jalapeño and ranch was a nice touch that brought extra flavor.Overall, Fusion Restaurant & Bar is a great local spot, especially recommended for its bar food and quick bites. The atmosphere is lively, and it's a solid choice if you're looking for a friendly place to hang out and grab some tasty dishes.

I'm not one to talk bad about restaurants I know the people work hard, but this place has over a 4 star rating and that is NOT CORRECT. The food is only 1 star. They didn't add seasoning. I ordered their garlic noodles and it tasted like hot water. No buttery taste no garlic taste. I give a 2nd star because the service was fair.

First timer here & wow 10/10. Definitely found my late night spot to grab some phó. Service was great & the vibe was just on point, definitely a hidden gem.

Was really excited to try this place because of the Reviews- hours on yelp mentioned they opened at 3 but at 3:30 they were closed when we arrived on a Saturday afternoon. We had to drive elsewhere after waiting 10 mins for them to open.

Did not expect their vegan beef pho to taste so good!!! And it wasn't overly pricey either! Delicious! Will definitely come back to try their other vegan Vietnamese dishes! The staff was friendly as well, good service. Place gave a more bar vibe with plenty of Audrey Hepburn quotes on the wall...a little outlandish but hey the food's pretty good!

We picked Fusion for Friday lunch (1:30pm). I had my entire menu selected in advance and could almost taste it, on this triple digit heat day in Riverside and maybe even with a gin tonic. Didn't realize the hours had changed. See you for dinner soon!Overall-4 (because the door was locked.)

Good ambiance. They have a sports bar where you can chill with friends. Went there on Saturday late afternoon and it was practically empty except the group of friends at the bar. The outdoor patio is also quite quaint and cute
