Located in Galleria at Tyler. Plenty of parking.Their store has three levels. We wanted to check out their furniture to see if there's anything that caught our eye, but unfortunately nothing did.There was a friendly sales person who asked if we had any questions, but we didn't have any.I guess the item that did catch my eye was the (fake) cherry blossom tree in a pot. My hubby wasn't too impressed. LOL

The sales rep Robert was great but this will be the last time I will use this company. The delivery company is a third party and beware the guys who deliver your furniture they don't speak any English. Nothing against people who don't speak English but when your in a stressful situation and can't communicate it's a problem. There was no warning from the company about the delivery drivers not able to communicate effectively.

Purchase was made in October and salesperson Maria is great she is extremely patient and very accommodating. Don't be fooled though once you select what you want they will deliver damaged furniture and then after reporting it and following instructions by taking pictures etc, they send out a person to see what is damaged and what they can fix. Once they see it can't be fixed they promise they will get a replacement or fix the fabric. Two months later I check in because I never heard back from them, all of the sudden the fabric is no longer available and they can't replace the furniture pieces.I purchased a U-Shape velvet grey sofa. It arrived with the black covering on the bottom torn (that got fixed) several areas on the sofa was damaged it seemed as if they crammed a bunch a furniture in the truck for deliveries and they were not careful so it damaged the fabric and in some areas it was torn.They offered a $300 credit for a in-store purchase oh and of course they asked me not put in a review of my experience. I think not! Nothing in that store is cheap and I've been waiting for a resolution. I will never go there again. Manager would not leave a message to continued reached out to fix the issue or for a resolution. I would have to communicate through the salesperson. All of this to say Don't go here! Go to a big chain store where they will have liability and accountability for their damagedfurniture.

I had a wonderful experience at Furniture City the staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about their inventory. I have purchased many times from them and I always leave feeling happy and satisfied with the service purchases. I Highly recommend this place.

Received a nearly $5,000 couch in February 2023.TWO of the three recliner motors broke within a month.NO ability to contact anyone so I walked back into the store and spoke with Gus who arranged for a repairman to visit my home 6/23/2023.The repairman photo'd the tags and one of the broken motors. 1.5 months later I received a call asked for a photo of the tags again so they can order the motor. Keep in mind that I have received these same calls since March 2023. They can't ever locate a motor. I took it upon myself to locate the manufacturer in Vietnam. I called and spoke with a perfect english speaking rep who after a bit of checking told me that they don't use that manufacturer any longer due to this very issue. Summary: There are no motors to obtain-the furniture is permanently broken.I emailed the Chinese manufacturer of the motor and was told they 'might have' some in 3 to 6 months but do not stock it.The bottom line is that Furniture City is very deceptive to shirk coming up with a solution.EVERY single person that I have spoken with is no longer with the company. The customer service manager, of which there have been 2 during this journey immediately hangs up their line when anyone tries to call it.Customer service reps? They never answer the phone. I tried (again) calling their line at 3 different stores and it always says 8 waiting, 7 waiting to your next in line and the call is never answered. I surmise they have put all of their lines on hold.Walk into the store? Very nice Manager Gus at least tried to get a repairman over to inspect the furniture and confirm what I already knew. NO parts.Is this Furniture City's fault? They declare it to be a supply chain problem. The manufacturer confirms they don't have plans to stock the parts. Given the disparity of stories I'd say Furniture City never contacted anyone to solve the problem.I gave them another chance. Just send me the distributors information and I would take the project over. The Customer Service manager quit or was terminated. The two salesperson I worked with? Both quit.I surmise now that Furniture City is incompetent or deceptive. I believe its both. What do you think internet?

BIGGEST SCAMMERS EVER!!3 out of 4 pieces are defected/ broken/ stained. Been trying to resolve this for 3 months with no luck, they don't get back to you, they don't offer a replacement, or even a small discount. They play with wording so make sure not to sign on anything. They don't install or even uncover the items for you to inspect, yet they state in their policy that any damage has to be reported immediately, god knows how is this gonna happen, oh btw even if you report damage immediately, they play dumb and ask you to contact customer service. they deliver late at night with no delivery notice.what you see in the showroom is totally different from what you receive.

I would like to let everyone knows that this business is a fraud, they sell their customers fake brands, they don't care about customers or their experiences.We bought our living room couches from them unfortunately, they were supposed to be a well known brand, they delivered it late at night, refused to help setup! The couches had so many problems a broken arm, stain on one of the pieces and cushioning damage. My wife called customer service, and emailed them all the pictures of the damages, the customer service promised to get back to us, send a person to inspect. 3 months later they sent someone, who had stated that these products needed to be replaced, however he refused to give us a report stating that! This company plays with customers and they have been doing this to so many people, read all the reviews and you will see we are not the only victims here. They are not even a part of BBB due to their untested products and poor customer service/reviews.Since they have been scammers for years, they got so good at covering their tracks. My only hope here is to keep others from being scammed by this company, getting cheated by the cheap furniture and the poor customer service.

I purchased a furniture set on 05/27/2024, and it was delivered two weeks later. Upon delivery, I noticed blemishes and damages on three dining chairs and the expensive dining table. I contacted customer service and was assured that a technician would be sent to assess whether the issues could be resolved.The technician inspected the damaged items and informed me that the defects were irreparable. He recommended replacing the three chairs and the table. When I followed up with customer service (the claims department), I was told that the damaged items would need to be collected first, and only then would the replacements be delivered, which would take an additional two weeks. Although this seemed inconvenient, I agreed to the process.The three chairs and table were picked up, leaving me without a dining set. After two weeks and several follow-up calls, I received the same three chairs that had been taken away, along with a table pieced together from two (maybe more) different tables--not a new replacement as promised. The photos clearly show this.I called the claims department again to express my frustration and asked why I was misled. They admitted it was a "mistake" and assured me that the chairs and table would be exchanged as initially promised within the next two weeks. Although upset, I agreed to this resolution.After a few weeks, I received three new chairs, but no table. The table was the most expensive item ($5,499) in the order, and when I inquired about its status, the claims department started to drag their feet. Each time I called, they claimed they were "working on having the damaged table fixed," despite my repeated insistence that I paid for a new table and expected nothing less--not a salvaged piece cobbled together from returned items.As of the end of August 2024, I am still waiting for a resolution. I am deeply disappointed with my experience with this business and how they treat their customers.
