Funtastic Jump Jump

Called for a water slide for my son's graduation party and was able to book a huge water slide in a matter of days. Delivery and pick up was great and the guy installing it was very polite and quick! Great place to rent from!

Love Funtastic Jump Jump! I have them bring a bouncer to all my kids parties! Had a party, contacted them about a month in advance since it was Memorial Day weekend, but I didn't have to do any follow up because they do it all! I filled out their form on the website and requested which bouncer I wanted, received an email from Susan and was all set. I received a text the day of stating they were on their way, dropped the bouncer off, set it up and cleaned it all! Paid the guy cash and he came about two hours before the party started, and came about an hour after the party ended. Great! I love that I don't have to worry about the bouncer overnight. Didn't have to do anything, no set up on my part and he respected that I had artificial turf to put the bouncer on. Love this company! Would definitely recommend!

I was communicating with the owner. She gave me a quote and let me know what was available. I responded that I wanted to book the rental. I then never got a response, even after a few attempts to book it. To this day I have never got responses from my messages to her. This was the cheapest quote, but sometimes you get what you pay for. The additional $30 I paid with another company was well worth it, I recommend going with a different company.

Ordered a jumper for our daughters birthday party. This is an amazing family run business, Susan and her team are amazing. The gentlemen that did the drop off, setup, and pickup are some of the most cordial and nice young men I've met.Overall can't beat it, we can't say enough great things about this company.

Easy , reliable, good pricing. Kids had a blast with the jumper. I Would definitely rent from them again.

We were planning an 8th birthday party for my BF's son and contacted a few inflatable jumper places and while some had lower prices, the professionalism displayed through messenger was great! While reading the information I saw they are fully insured for injury. We scheduled a reservation a week before the event and the process was seamless. They arrived right on time at 9:45am, unpacked and inflated the waterslide. While it was being inflated they were sanitizing it again to ensure it was completely clean. When booking the waterslide you don't think about sanitizing it, how it was stored or transported. This power couple literally does it all and their passion and heart for their items and their business is second to none. You want AMAZING customer service coupled with 'white glove' delivery- book a jumper through them! Our kids and the birthday party guest had a blast and the adults were thrilled with the waterslide. We even rented chairs and tables everything was in great condition. They store everything in doors so it's not exposed to the elements and they also do another sanitize the following day!!! I can't say enough good things about our experience!! Thank you SO much for the service you provided!!

Great customer service, very responsive and easy to work with! I called the day before we wanted to get a bounce house jumper for a last minute party at our home over the Holiday season and they were able to confirm availability right away and bring out a clean and nice looking jumper the very next day! Rented jumper for my party. Kids loved the water jumper. You attach the water hose to jumper and water sprays when kids slide down attachment on jumper would not stay attached to hose so it never worked. I called a few times to let them know, no response. Customer service isn't that great! I had booked and wanted to change jumper they don't respond or answer the phone. I called several times no answer day of delivery no answer.

Very poor service after calling 5 days ago requesting information and pricing about renting a jumper the lady who took my call said send me a text and address and I'll send you pictures and information of what we have well 5 days later and nothing I even sent multiple text messages but it's ok I'll take my business elsewhere very poor communication do your self a favor and take your business else's where

We've used Funtastic Jump Jump almost every year for the past several years. Great communication, on time, good prices... overall we love working with them! Definitely recommend
