I am deathly allergic to sesame.....So it's my responsibility to make sure I'm ok with everything I order. Staff went above and beyond! When ordering, I notified the waitress that I had a sesame allergy. She spoke to the kitchen staff and they made sure everything I ate was ok for me to eat. They checked every order! Let me tell you, that's not normal! I am beyond pleased that they cared to check...

Small hole in the wall place located near busy Boiling Point. Our family loves coming here for our favorite Ramen. I've tried many different Ramen this place is the best one for us. Price is decent compared to most places. I sometimes switch from Ramen to Chicken Curry Katsu. It's Thee best Japanese Curry ever. For anyone who loves fried food, The chicken karaage is so good too. It's tasty and juicy big chunks of chicken. Not the small bits like popcorn chicken that most place serve.

Stopped by for lunch here because we were on a tight schedule and Boiling Point next door was super busy. Order the Black Devil Tonkotsu Ramen at the super spicy level. The bowl comes with an assortment of pepper powders , black garlic oil, thin wavy noodles and your standard toppings of soft-boiled egg, bamboo, and scallions. I liked the firmness of the cook on the noodles, which collected the pepper and broth well. Egg was marinated, jammy, sweet, and savory! The bowl was not too spicy, but at the right level to be enjoyable. I might have to come back again for a regular bowl just to see the richness of the regular tonkotsu broth as it was slightly muted by the spice.Servers were very nice and I loved that they were friendly and took pictures of families at the restaurant. It's a pretty big restaurant, nicely decorated with cherry blossom trees. If you're in the area and in the mood for ramen or curry, I definitely recommend this restaurant. Not too long of a wait, and their cooking is on-point.

Pretty solid ramen place located right next to boiling point. It must be popular bc a lot of men trickled in and out during the lunch hour. There was only one server who was nice and did her best to be attentive despite being the only server during a pretty busy lunch hour. They have this nice lunch special where you order ramen plus you can choose a side like karaage or shrimp tempura for about an additional $5. The karaage and tempura was really delicious. I like the ramen although I found the broth slightly on the saltier side but I would be back just to try their other menu. It's a pretty extensive menu for a small place.

The thinner ramen noodles were surprisingly tasty and meshed well with the broth. But minus 1 star for the to-go chopsticks offered lol. Why not give dine-in customers sturdy chopsticks to use? Lol just saying.

Came here in search of a good katsu curry, and this place delivered! We started off with pan-seared gyoza, which were decent. The curry was thick, with a robust flavor bordering on sweet with the mildest of kicks and delightful little chunks of carrot, onion, and potato. The chicken katsu was tender and moist, surrounded by a deliciously crispy shell that gave the most satisfying crunch. The chashu fried rice was also tasty, with the bits of pork giving off a pleasantly charred/smokey flavor. They serve my favorite UCC milk coffee here, as well as the mango cream and melon cream sodas (both fantastic). The service was friendly and efficient, and the ambience was quiet, with music playing unobtrusively in the background. We will definitely be back for more curry, and to try the ramen as well!

This is the best real, Hakata style tonkotsu ramen in Chino Hills, and probablya top 3 in all of LA County to be honest. The service, sometimes provided by the chef himself, Mr. Roo, who has a very charismatic and genuine personality, the ambience is quite pleasant and relaxing. The food here is at another level of what you think ramen can be. It's a hidden gem, I mean big time. I'd be going there every day if I could. Highly recommend!

The soup could have been served hotter to fully cook the noodles, and the extra chashu should have been warm as well. While the broth had good flavor, I wouldn't come here again.

Everything on the menu tastes amazing. You CANNOT miss. Try the chashu fried rice, it's the best rice I've had. The broth is perfect. The spice level is pretty high so level 1 was good for me. This is definitely my favorite ramen spot. I recommend it to everyone.
