Fresh Off the Grill Caterers

Do not trust Gary and Shannon with your special event! We hired them to cater our son's wedding based on the wonderful things they were telling us at our tasting. They served our guests extremely small portions, didn't listen to the venue directions on using staff entrances and exits, tried to use dirty linens on the tables, yelled at our wedding coordinator, were heard saying "I hate doing weddings", snapped at guests, and threatened to leave before they served the food!! We had a large guest list and it would have been a disaster with no food! All of our other vendors were happy and wonderful with the staff and guests, so it wasn't us or the party, it was them! They acted very nice and professional at the tasting and I was appalled at their behavior at the wedding!! Please do not take the chance with them...it's not worth the few dollars you might save!!

Gary and Shannon have been at our house on three different occasions for birthdays and anniversaries . They showed up early and prepared their food and all items were ready to eat at the proper time and all items were served hot and fresh. Their staff was also very professional and friendly as were Gary and Shannon. They provided linens and plates and we noticed that the linens were clean and had been ironed and folded prior to arriving and placing them on tables. Nice touch... There was more than enough food and some guests had second portions. At the end of the functions the cleanup was very thorough and when they left, there was no evidence of them ever being here which was much appreciated. I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone for catering. Great job Gary and Shannon, keep up the good work ...Dave and Lynda........
