Low effort catering. Shortcuts and obscure menu items. Haphazardly assembled and dirty containers. How are they still in business?

I've had a couple orders delivered by Fresh Cut Catering, specifically dropped off by the owner herself, Kristina. Both Kristina and Sheena are very professional, patient, and passionate about their craft.My food was delivered with a smile. Specifically, the vegan shrimp cocktail was delicious. It came served with chips and lemon. The taste left me wanting more and was great for a hot day. It was super fresh and healthy. I am very proud of this women owned business. They work really hard and have come a really long way since they first began. Do not hesitate to have Kristina and Sheena cater tour next event. Everything they cook is delicious and their presentation is appealing, vibrant, and simply amazing.

1st time ordering from Fresh Cut for a work meeting, and I will definitely order from them again! They arrived 10 minutes early (3rd party delivery) driver was friendly and very helpful. Everything was packaged perfect so there was very little work on my part. Each individual dish was labeled very clearly what it was and I loved their labeling I ordered 1 vegetarian dish (Tuscan cheese tortellini) which looked delicious and disappeared quickly. Everyone really enjoyed the spices in their Carne Con Chili (pork) w/Spanish rice. Some liked the oven baked apricot glazed chicken breast and some thought it was a little too bland. I ordered 3 different platters: 1 cheese/crackers, 1 crudite (this one really needed tongs but I had some here) and 1 raspberry glazed fudge brownie (which were super delicious )! All of the orders were generous portions. Overall, a 5 star for sure! Next time I'll take pics

I highly recommend this catering service! Kristina and Sheena and their employees Brendan and Kelly did an excellent job catering our granddaughters's First Holy Communion Brunch. The set up was beautiful, the food was delicious and the service was professional and great!

Love the Grab-n-Go meals, I've tried The Butternut Squash Ravioli, the Turkey Chili, the Orzo Mediterranean pasta and the Grilled Lemon chicken. So far, they have all been delicious!!!**Bonus- They deliver!!

They are very respondent and quick to reply. They created a custom menu for our team and always solicit feedback to ensure satisfaction. We've ordered food from them at least x2 per month (great variety)!The food is great and the service is unmatched! Kristina and Sheena are amazing!

Hired fresh cuts catering for our wedding in June. The tasting was absolutely incredible, some of the best chicken and steak we've ever had. Had a meeting with them 2 weeks before the wedding to go over everything about the details and we were so excited about the food. Day of the wedding, I specifically asked for passed champagne while guest arrived. They poured it and left it out instead of handing it to guest, so guest were confused if they can grab it or if it was for decoration. They left the champagne in the hot sun and bugs swarmed the champagne and had to be tossed out. Lost almost $200 in champagne. For the dinner service, we had buffet style, dinner took almost an hour for all of our guest to be served and our DJ had to stop calling tables because of how long the line was. We specifically paid for both chicken and steak, they ran out of steak only 6 tables in. Then they started only serving two small pieces of chicken. When our pregnant guest asked for more, they said no. They stated we would have leftovers, they barely had enough food to feed all guest (we provided an exact headcount and also paid for additional vendor meals including theirs). As for the quality of the food, it was nothing like the tasting. The chicken and steak were so dry and cut in such small pieces, I didn't even want to eat it. We got a side of potatoes and asparagus. The potatoes were good but the asparagus was so thin and wilted, I didn't even eat that. We paid additional for coffee to be served for the guest, they put the coffee in the garage and not even by the cake so guest didn't even know it was there. We of course didn't find out about any of this until we came back from the honeymoon. They happily took our money and 20% gratuity without being honest about running out of food. When confronted, they said "we've never seen guest eat so much! But it's not our servers fault, they serve accurate portions. We ran out of food because your guest ate so much!" Doesn't make sense at all and our guest weren't even able to go for seconds. We asked for a gratuity back (which was almost $1,000) and they just sent us $200. Doesn't even cover the cost of the champagne wasted and steak never served. They will put on a great front but when it comes to service on your special day, would highly not recommend.I wish we would have read the other terrible reviews on here before we booked this company for our wedding because clearly it's not their first time ruining a wedding dinner.

Highly recommend Fresh Cut Catering for your next event. Kristina and Sheena catered my son's and daughter-in-heart's wedding on 11/12/22. They were professional and very accommodating. Most of all, the food was spectacular. They did a fabulous job. The customer service was superb leading up to the day and most importantly the day of. Thank you, Kristina & Sheena, for making Raul & Deja's wedding day memorable.

I ordered the Budha Bowl, and it was DELICIOUS!!I wasn't sure if I was going to like the Tahini sauce. But after pouring this sauce on my salad. I absolutely love it. The sauce wasn't overwhelming and gives it a great taste!

So happy with my experience with Fresh Cut Catering. Kristina was very communicative throughout the process. The day of the event I was so impressed by the set up by Sheena and her fiancé. The decor was absolutely beautiful. Sheena brought colorful flowers and props to match the 80s party theme. My party guests ranted and raved about how the delicious the food was and the wonderful presentation. If I could give more stars, I would. 100% recommend Fresh Cut Catering for event catering and I would use them for another event in the future.
