Fresco’s

We were in Riverside and were looking for somewhere to eat. We came upon the Food Truck Alley and this was one of the 6 trucks there that day.Frescos sell really good food fresh seafood in many different ways, as you can see by the menu pic.We ordered two items, seafood tostada and shrimp quesadilla.The tostada was loaded with fresh shrimp and octopus, along with salsa and avocado. The quesadilla was not a normal quesadilla, but more of an open faced quesadilla. Because there was so much shrimp and salsa it looked more like a burrito when you picked it up to eat. The fried shrimp were so good and the dark negro salsa was so good.The service was on point and you could actually see them cooking you food from the window of the truck.We will definitely be coming back and the prices are really affordable.Thy this place when you can.

The best seafood in the IE hands down!! Everything is extremely fresh and made to order & it shows! I've tried their aguachile, ceviche, shrimp tacos, and my favorite "el chapito" which comes with aguachile, tuna, cooked shrimp, & octopus. I usually ask for mine without octopus & they accommodate with no issue. It's also worth noting that their food truck is always super clean & they always greet their customers with a smile. 10/10 would recommend for their delicious food & great customer service. Nosotros queriamos Frescos para el primero cumpleaños de nuestra hija. Nos encanto y ahora vamos seguido. Incluso me an dejado pedir por instagram. Son super amables.

Absolutely yummy! Raw shrimp ceviche was so and refreshing especially on a hot day.Raw shrimp swelled and tasted shrimp. Prices are also good for the amount of food.

Simply Amazingly Good! Food was great and Service was excellent. Food portions are well worth it!!

Extremely delicious and fresh! The aguachile negra is amazing and they give good portion sizes. They can make your order uncooked or cooked.

This truck is amazing. Great service. Great food and ambiance. The people are so kind and everything they serve is delicious. So many delicious options. I recommend trying the shrimp burgers it's so good and filling.

Sooo I went to Frescos during my lunch after finding them on instagram and i was NOT DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!! The service was great and fast!!! The food was sooooooo delicious!!! I'm always craving it ! Very affordable everything about frescos is just sooo good! It's hard to find good Mariscos spots but trust me, you will not be disappointed!!!!!!
