It's located in the Theron's Marketplace & Deli food hall. It's one of the stalls there and if there isn't someone there, one of the workers at the other stalls can run over to help you. That's what happened when we were there. For $15 you can get the XL plate and it comes with ALL the meat offered, rice, and mac salad. For the XL plate we got: 1) Teriyaki Chicken: -This did not come with enough sauce in with itself, so I had to take some of the sauce from the teriyaki beef side. -Chicken was kinda dry and not very appealing texturally for me. -A bit too chicken-y if that makes sense. This was my least fav of the meat trio. 2) Pulled Pork: -On its own, pretty dry but I can taste the kalua pork inspiration. Simple flavor, with very slight salt added to it. -But because of how dry it was, I had to rely on the mac salad to enhance this...3) Teriyaki Beef: -Probably my favorite of the 3 meats. -This one had the most flavor to it and was sauced perfectly. -Teriyaki sauce was the perfect medium of savory and sweet. -However, this meat was also a bit dry and tough, but not as much as the other 2. 4) Mac Salad: -You can never go wrong with Mac Salad and this definitely made some of the meats more palatable, but there wasn't enough to make it THAT much better. Maybe it's because we came 30 min right before closing or my expectations were much too high as a Hawaiian fast food enjoyer, but I was a bit disappointed and didn't eat much of this dinner. Maybe I'll go back to try their shaved ice, but right now I'm gonna pass on this place for a bit.

Another place that says they're open but clearly closed. Need to update their hours or post a sign if they are opening later than usual.

Not Hawaiian shaved ice Not even good shaved ice I got a Hawaiian Volcano and at best it was strawberries and cream diluted iceAlso. Tiny spoons and half size straw. Was pretty disappointed and wanted to ask for my money back. Visited Saturday at 5 and ordered 3 shaved ice

What a hidden gem! I had no idea this was here and I've been missing out. This is located in Theron's Marketplace. There are 4 "food stalls" here. One is their famous custard (which is what I thought the whole place was, but it's not), one is a deli with salads and sandwiches, one is Hawaiian barbecue, and the last one is Mexican food. We had the Hawaiian barbecue and it was delicious! The plate comes with pulled pork, chicken, beef, a scoop of white rice and a scoop of Mac salad. The meat all had great flavor and was good quality (not fatty at all). The chicken was my favorite but they were all tasty. The Mac salad was great too, nice and cold with a great texture and flavor. We will definitely be back to have this again and to try the others!

Amazing Hawaiian food! The plate includes generous potions of pork, chicken and beef with sides of rice and macaroni salad. Our whole family loves it and we have it every week. You won't be disappointed!

Really delicious beef, pork and chicken. Sides are meh, but that's just my opinion. Also, the hours listed above are for the Theron's Marketplace. Freddy's is not always available. Only available on Friday's and Saturday's. Also, I dropped by on a Friday night at 7:30pm and Freddy's booth was closed, even though the hours listed are until 8:00pm. Even so, I am giving a high review because it is so darn delicious!!!

Lived in Redlands since 1996 and only recently did I find "Freddy's Hawaiian Plate." I'm from Kauai so of course I tried the Kauai Sunrise & a regular plate. The malolo should be a little thicker. The meats were a little dry but still good. The mac salad need a little more flavor and definitely need at least 2 scoops of rice. I asked if 'Freddy" was really Hawaiian and if so, ask him for saimin. Girl behind counter said Freddy no longer comes around. True Hawaiian food, unlike Ono Hawaiian, is not available in the Inland Empire, at least that I know of......but if you know of a true Hawaiian place please let me know here. Mahalo!!!

I found this new restaurant on Instagram after seeing Theron's had relocated here. After seeing various pictures that looked enticing I decided to give it a try. I came in this morning for lunch and ordered a regular plate. They portions are large, I was able to split to plate between two people. The pulled pork was very moist and had good flavor. The beef had good flavor but was not very tinder. The chicken had good flavor and was good. The macaroni salad was very good but the rice was very dry. Obviously whomever made the rice doesn't have to skill to make good rice. For the price you get a lot of food but I will skip this place and go to Ono Hawaiian BBQ where the rice is perfect and they give you vegetables. Since this just opened a few months ago I hope they can improve. May God bless your business.

As of 3/22/21, only open on Fridays and Saturdays. Inside of Theron's Marketplace. Gave star rating of their current average since they have so few ratings right now.

Pulled pork, macaroni and teriyaki sauce was good, but my rice was very hard and crusty. I do my best to support small businesses but for the price we paid for 4 meals was little pricey. I'll stick with the competitor for now
