Here on a Friday. 6/28/24.Quite a variety of Foods to choose from. Definitely something for everyone.I got columbian food, it was very good but not amazing. Kind of too salty imo. The plantains were the best part.

Check out this secret stash of goodness. Food truck jackpot! A local melting pot of cuisine. Lining the street bumper to bumper it's a parade of food trucks offering an array of flavors. If you're craving salty, sweet, sour, spicy they've gotcha covered. Weekends are especially packed. Super friendly owners who are hard working people offering some delicious food! Very welcoming and inviting atmosphere. They were gracious to stop what they were doing to take a picture. Really great local food trucks to support. Right next to the target parking lot. Exit off Tyler. Head to Target and it's the small side street "Diana Ave" between the freeway and the parking lot of shopping center. Be sure to call for hours of operation. Some are closed Monday & Tuesday. Open later on weekends.

We came upon this when looking for somewhere to eat in Riverside. We came on a Wednesday which might not have been the best day, but it is what it is.While there were only 6 trucks here, they were diverse in their offerings. Had seafood, Birria, Venezuela, and regular Mexican tacos.We ate at the seafood truck and it was excellent.Will be back again and hopefully there are more trucks next time.

Miss Chillaquilles food truck. Awesome tortas and chillaquilles! Ordered the chicken breast torts and it was fabulous! Comes with lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, avocado, beans and jalapeños!

Miss Chilaquiles and The Sweet Stop trucks is where it's at! They are SOOOO GOOD!Their service is top tier, 10/10 definitely recommend! We have tried the pupusas truck once, it was ok. Colombian food truck is good!We have yet to try everything else there. Every time we go, we always end up going back to chilaquiles and funnel cakes. Fried Oreos are bomb! Funnel cake with ice cream, chefs kiss. Everything is good at Miss Chilaquiles! Thursdays are $10 any chilaquiles plate!
