I met Joey and Crystal at one of the Halloween conventions in the Los Angeles area and immediately you know that Joey has a wealth of knowledge about his products and an infectious enthusiasm for all things Halloween and horror. We bought two Chauvet fog machines from him at a very reasonable price. He also gave us a great price on the fog juice I needed. I ran the machines 4hrs. a day Fri, Sat., and Sun. from Sept 29 through Oct. 30th and 7hrs. on the 31st. They ran flawlessly and pumped out an amazing amount of fog. I used to use the 1100watt one time use foggers that cost $80 and throw them away at the end of the season but, we just tried these foggers and they are working great and ready to go another season. Joey said that with proper maintenance I can get several years out of these machines. He is available ALL THE TIME by phone. I was a little embarrassed, I had a question that I had remembered at 6:30PM on a Saturday evening and I figured "what the heck, I'll leave him a message". to my surprise, not only did he answer the phone, himself, he answered all my questions. If you get a chance to catch one of his classes at a convention, take it. He gives you invaluable information. I can't say enough positive things about Joey, Crystal and Fog It Up!

I met Joey at his Fog It Up booth at Mid Summer Scream in Long Beach. Him and his staff were so knowledgeable and friendly! He showed me a great mini LED light for my Halloween event coming up. He listened to what I wanted to do and I wound up buying 6 of them! I now have him in my contacts because I plan on buying more from him!After getting home I noticed a minor flaw the manufacturing in one side of one of the bracket threads. He said he would meet me while he was out running errands and exchanged the light while I was at Fry's electronics! Now that is customer service that you just don't see much these days.
