Flo's Farmhouse Cafe

I've been coming to Flo's for a long time & have had many positive visits considering I've maybe have had one bad encounter but not like today where I felt the need to leave a review because I walked out disappointed. They were quick to seat us & we ordered our drinks I had asked for a water & coffee & my husband ordered his drink, they were fast to bring out the beverages but I didn't want to ask for creamer because it seemed no one was in a good mood. There wasn't any on the table which typically they have Vanilla or Hazelnut already on the table but they only had half & half, & three regular sugars left in the container that is typically full..The waiter zoomed by our table & said she would be right with us..No problem at all..The waiter came to our table didn't seem like to be in the happiest mood but when her regulars came in her mood & attitude changed towards them (not a problem). She brought our food out & had forgotten my husbands bread..He said his biscuits tasted OLD & STALE..I had gotten work done on my teeth yesterday & needed something soft so I ordered wheat toast to say the least it was STALE & HARD (I pinched my fingers together & the bread disintegrated) my teeth started hurting..I feel like as a restaurant you should be making fresh biscuits every couple days so they don't taste stale or awful..I don't think they make their WHEAT BREAD their but my toast was STALE not to mention what looked like a whole THREE TABLESPOON OF BUTTER SLAPPED ON MY BREAD wasnt even melted....I should've just made this at home.

Great service and very affordable meals!The menu is very diverse and I have yet to try everything, but I will keep coming back until I can say I've tried it all! Thank you!

Food came out hot, fresh and quick!Everything had great flavor, and served with everything you wanted and needed to complete your meal. Coffee is delicious, they have creamers and flavored creamers! Yay!Orange juice for the littles, perfect.Omlette is loaded and potatoes... serving amount is crazy huge enough to share. Kids menu are also very generous portions.This place accommodations, service and the food matched everything that we look forward to eating out. Made our meal so much more enjoyable and less stressed especially with pur littles who are getting better with their manners and learning. So very much appreciate the help of our servers. Angel is an excellent top server and really cares about how everyone is doing. He strived to make sure we had everything we needed and checked in often. Love the staff and love the food. This cafe never disappoints, it's like going to family's for a meal. Going for breakfast? Try the biscuits and the grits. Want a great meal for Friday evening date night, try the Friday night pasta bar it won't disappoint. You pick the toppings, sauces, and pasta. The Chef will start off a bit conservative but careful if you ask for more because he will not be stingy. Last night I had penne pasta with a mix of alfredo and marinara sauce topped with sauted garlic, shrimp, sausage, olives, mushrooms, zucchini, and tomato with onion. Ate my fill and will finish it off tonight because even the senior size is massive.

Breakfast first and then off to San Diego for the night. The food was good and the was friendly!

This spot has pretty much anything u like from breakfast to dinner, Omar is a great owner n loves to take care of his customers, great guy. His staff is very good on taking care of needs at the restaurant. Chile verde breakfast plate is my favorite. Prices are affordable.

I went back to meet friends for breakfast and tried different things. The food was better this time, but it was a really long wait on a Sunday. I got the Senior 2 egg breakfast with bacon & hash browns both extra crispy, eggs scrambled and biscuits & gravy. The eggs were cooked perfect, bacon was super crispy like I love it, biscuits were fluffy and moist and the gravy was tasty! The hash browns were only crispy on the top layer (bummer) and there was too much gravy for me so I would order it on the side next time. My hubby ordered the Bacon & Eggs scrambled with wheat toast. It was cooked to his preference but half the toast was smothered in too much margarine.Both our meals looked the same but the senior meal is less money.

We're visiting from San Diego, look at 2 different restaurants, this 1 was the best place as far as location.The food was amazing, everyone was friendly. Very clean, restrooms a little old but super clean. If your visiting riverside, have breakfast here, and enjoy

Flo's Farmhouse was fantastic. We used them for a company lunch - small office - and the entire process went smoothly. It was a treat tohave someone take our order over the phone, and actually know whatshe was doing. When it came time to pick up the order, it was readywhen they said it would be. The waitress labeled the food as she saidshe would. We had no problem figuring out what food was who's.It was a good experience from start to finish, and from someone whodoes this several times a month, I give them an A rating. Oh, and by theway, the food was great! No complaints at all!As I said, they were fantastic!

The food was pretty good, and the staff are friendly.I spent half my meal trying to figure out who the inconsiderate jerk was that was blasting their phone. I finally realized that the restaurant was playing some country music station over the crappy ceiling speakers, just loudly enough to be annoying and distracting.
