I ordered a flavoringo bowl which I thought would be like an açaí bowl pictured on the menu but it was completely off. It was just Mango sherbert with fruit. It's looked sooooo sad. I will not be returning.

Lady working there was very welcoming and had the place very cleaned and organized smoothie was amazing and will be coming here again !

Went here for the first time 3 nights ago and have gone every night since. This place ticks all the boxes for me. The staff is super friendly and helpful. She makes sure I'm aware of all the toppings I can get and different options. The price point is super affordable and they have specials all the time. The place itself is really clean and you can see everything as they make it. Plus the food items are really fresh and really good and the portions are good too. I'm super happy it's so close to my house and I can support this great small business

Sooo many choices. Good clean environment (smelled like fabuloso). Went in with family and bought so many items. We got build your own mini pancakes and crepes. (Soo delicious) Masapan milkshake soo thick and creamy couldn't get enough. Ice cream sandwich waffles with Nutella drizzle, was sooo fire. Elote Loco with hot Cheetos (they use white corn) IYKYK. A corn cup and last but surely not least a ice cream single scoop cone. And it was just 4 of us lol. Everything just looked soo delicious and it absolutely was. They do not hold back on portion size. The prices were great. For all the items we got it was only $47. If you are craving a good snack this place will not let you down. I will definitely be returning!!

Place was clean, prices good, and staff friendly. She was very generous with the toppings! We got the acai bowls, and while it was sweeter and creamier than other acai bowls (more like acai ice cream?), it was tasty! The decor is also really cute too. :)

By far my favorite Raspado spot! Customer service is excellent every time she's so welcoming goes over your options. Around the corner from my grandmas so it's always a must on a hot summer day my personal favorite is the ChaSandia. I find myself driving 30 mins in the winter just to satisfy a craving. Highly recommend she has so much to choose from. I have yet to have anything my family and I didn't like. She also had some sugar free options which is an even bigger plus.

I have been here twice and both times were great. We had the raspados. My favorite so far from the milk raspados are cajeta, piña colada and vanilla. My hubby and son loved the water raspados...pitaya, kiwi straberry and guayaba. Customer service is the best!!

This might be long....I asked for 4 different items on their menu and they were out of each item. I asked for chips and nacho cheese on the side, and thank goodness I did. Employee said I could grab chips from the rack, they expired June and July 2022, it's September. I asked if she had any other chips that weren't expired, she gave me another bag....they were also expired. She said she had just put out these chips and it's all she had. She looked at me as if I should just take 2-3 month expired chips. Uhhh no! So I asked for my money back. Also, if you ask for cheese on the side they charge the chips ($2) and cheese (3.50) separate rather than all together which is advertised for $4. Check expiration dates! After spending $24 on 3 raspados and a side of cheese (no chips), I'm disappointed. I should have seen the red flag with the B on their window....ps, she helped 2 families before me and didn't wash her hands once after touching the register and making everyone's order with no gloves.
