Flame Broiler

The flame broiler by the corner of magnolia and Jurupa is consistently the best flame broiler. Food is always top notch. They also serve a special sweet hot sauce no one else does. Portions are generous and well flavored

The facility is clean, the employees give great customer service and the food is delicious. I will definitely be coming back.

Really bad customer service. The two guys working there looked like they hate their job. Will not be returning. Most definitely felt uncomfortable.

If it were possible I would give 0 stars. On 2 separate occasions I have ordered chicken bowls and have received worms in them. Never mind at here unless you want to get sick with parasites!!!! This place should be shut down!!!

Used to get the beef bowl. Price went WAY up and there was less meat. $11 for mostly a bowl of rice.

The service is absolutely horrible. I placed an order on the app for the location on magnolia and I go inside and they rudely told me that I placed the order for the wrong store. The right store was approximately 20 minutes away from me and I was on my lunch break so because of them being inconsiderate of the fact that I already spent money on food, I wasn't able to even eat lunch. Usually most places are courteous enough to remake the order, considering you already paid for it but the employees were lazy and careless, and did not even offer to remake my food. I ordered one of the cheapest things on the menu literally a chicken bowl, and I was unable to get it. I find it absolutely absurd. They couldn't simply remake my order as that mistake has happened to me maybe two times when placing orders online and both instances my food was offered to be remade no problem. Also, the employees looked like they were under the influence of some kind of substance is when I enter the store I wasn't greeted, or even helped right away I had to get their attention that I was even at the counter. I would not recommend this location to anyone after today because it's quite blatantly obvious that the employees here do not care about the customers. To management, please train your employees to be courteous of customers and polite. I have worked in customer service previously and you are always supposed to put the customer first which clearly isn't done here.

The bowls are always decent. But they started charging me for sauces recently. They lady actually reached into my bag and took two sauces out! I went in today and asked how many sauces I can have, she said four and 35 cents for each additional. I walk out and said maybe next time. I have been to so many flame broiler's where I get almost unlimited amounts. This is the definition of saving pennies and losing dollars. And a sign of a failing business.

This used to be our favorite place to grab a quick bite once a week. Unfortunately it has gone down hill. They give you a bowl of rice a a few bits of steak or chicken. With all the nearby competition waba grill and Tokyo Joe's you would think they would take it up a notch. Other flame broiler locations a give you 2x the meat lid pops off and you never could see rice under the large amount meat.

We've been coming here for a couple of years and it has always been good.On our most recent visit, we were charged incorrectly for our food. The person at the counter argued that the "register" had the correct price, even though the board right behind the counter had a different price. The counter person then proceeded to tell us that the register price included the tax. If that was true, we were taxed twice. While we were eating, the counter person indicated that the manager was being notified. We got no response from anyone. I sent my complaint directly to the manager, and a week later, no response.We'll be trying out another location after this experience. If you can't honor the price on your board, you obviously don't need us as customers.

For the life of me I can not understand how there's no accountability for staff anymore. The young lady who took my order was absolutely high and not only did I have to repeat my order to her SEVERAL times she still messed up two out of three bowls when inputting it even though I had to keep clarifying. The food from here isn't bad, if it's made correctly and while I understand that everywhere is raising their prices to pay $40 for three bowls of food and two of them are inedible is just sad.
