I have been here a few times. Today I was in the area again and decided to stop in for a mix bowl. I got there a few minutes after opening. walking up, you could see fingerprints and handprints on the glass. The door handles were sticky. Once inside I was greeted with a friendly hello. I ordered a mix bowl no rice all veggie. It was good. I would return as I have been here before.

On Saturday, 05/11, I ordered three bowls online and scheduled the pick-up for 5:50pm. I arrived at 5:45 and noticed all the lights were off. I walked up to the door and there was a handwritten note that said they closed early, at 4pm, instead of their typical Saturday closing of 6pm. I was irritated that I had to drive 15 minutes to find out they were closed, but it wasn't the end of the world. I support small business and I believe these locations are independently owned, so I got over it. I did not expect the charge to actually post to my credit card, but it did. No problem, I called the store and attempted to explain. A male voice answered the phone when I called the Pats Ranch Road location where I scheduled the pick-up. After I explained to him what happened, here is how the conversation went:Flame Broiler: You need to call them..Me: Who is, them?Flame Broiler: You need to call them.Me: Who is, them? I don't know who, them, is.Flame Broiler: You need to call them, they can help.Me: Sir, who do you mean when you say, them? Who am I supposed to call?The man then ended the phone call with no further explanation. I tried calling back several times but the phone just rang and rang.Next, I typed my predicament in the Contact Us link on Flame Broiler's website. I received a response informing me a representative from the Pats Ranch Road location would reach out to me. I have heard nothing. Get it together people. This is a terrible way to run a business. I WANT MY $34.26 BACK!!!

I ordered a to go order from this particular flame broiler. As I'm home eating my chicken bowl, I noticed a crunchiness as I was chewing my chicken. I spat out the food to find two large burned particles in my chicken bowl. The chicken did not taste the best and some pieces were also burned. This was very upsetting and disturbing to find burned particles in my food. I will not be eating at this flame broiler anymore.

The food was okay. However, it has really gone downhill. It's certainly not the same quality that it used to be. There was less meat, and the meat was dry. With the price, it's not worth the value anymore... I'm done with this place..

My first time at this flame broiler and when I walked in I wasn't even acknowledged. My order was incorrect and my veggies were cold. When I called they said there was nothing they can do. Very poor service.

I am a regular at this location and realized that I have not given this establishment a review that they deserve. My family and I love the healthy way the dishes are prepared at this Flame Broiler. Portions that are given are to our satisfaction. Flame Broilers at different locations are a bit stingy when it comes to giving portions of chicken or beef, but this location gives a good portion and you feel like you are getting your money's worth. Another plus at this location is that when you order by phone, your order is always correct. This place is located in the shopping area of Pats Ranch in Jurupa. There is ample parking and the restaurant itself is clean and of course no in dining due to Covid. The staff, Robia, Ayesha, and Ruby, are very friendly and treat you like family. I highly recommend the place if you want healthy meals to eat.

The quality and the food portions have gone downhill. I paid $35 for two bowls they messed up the order was told to come back. I was working and returned about a month later and would not remake the bowls just one of them. Customer service is horrible. I dealt with the owner's daughter Super bad customer service had an attitude just because she was giving me a free bowl I had to buy the second bowl I'll be writing to corporate. I would not recommend this place for anything never coming back.
