Service isn't great but that's expected at a super busy cantina where people are mostly drinking during the holiday season. It's a very lively place with music and a dj playing a good mix of (loud) music! The food is good and the drinks looked better but I didn't drink any so I wouldn't know. But if you want a crowd, and music this is for you. Otherwise go down the street to Tio's- their food is delicious and there's a bunch of cool artwork to see (if you're into that kind of thing).Also, found it interesting that theRiverside PD was here giving free breathalyzer tests as part of educating the public on how much they could drink before they hit the .08 limit (that's what they told me- I asked).

Last time I came in October it was great, but unfortunately I cannot say the same about my visit yesterday. We got sat and it took 20 minutes just for our server to ask if we wanted water. It took forever for our drinks to come out, and over all our server just seemed uninterested in serving us. we asked for a box multiple times for our food (we never got them). food still tasted great though, i'm just disappointed in the service.

It's always a fun experience here! The music is loud, people are enjoying good food and even better drinks. The food has been a bit mixed across several visits, but I highly recommend the Birria and the chips and salsa, especially their spicy one. Drinks are great--the classic margarita, upgraded to Cadillac, is balanced and strong, and the Abuelita is perfect as an after-dinner drink.The main reason we keep coming back is the lively atmosphere. It always lifts the mood to be surrounded by happy people, partying with loud music and good food!

Stoped in for lunch with a friend and we really enjoyed it. It's a small place, but we were able to grab a seat right away on the patio. We had a friendly server who properly treated us and gave us some chips and salsa. We ordered a couple of margaritas - watermelon and mango - and both were delicious! A fish taco combo with a side of rice and a shrimp taco combo with a street corn side. Both meals were great and we'd definitely come back again.

Upon walking in, we were greeted and sat in the patio. It was chilly and they turned on a heater which was fantastic. They were busy on this Saturday morning and then the server took our orders.Drinks came out fast and food shortly after. One concern: the last meal came out 8 min after everyone else. Besides that, we will be back. The food was amazing and we enjoyed our visit. We will be back.

Great service, great drinks and great food, great place to unwind after a work week. People are friendly. The Mocajete is the best.

Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon. They had a DJ playing some Spanish jams. The music was loud but I was still able to hold a conversation with my friend. The fries were good, the serving size was great for 2 people to share. The chips and salsa were also good. And the cucumber Margarita was delicious. It was really hot that day and the margarita was refreshing. I would say it's the best cucumber Margarita I've had so far. Will definitely be ordering that again. The service was great. The waiter was attentive and friendly. I'm glad I stopped by, 10/10 recommend.

THIS PLACE IS SO LIT !!! We came on a Sunday and the DJ was playing so many bangers! The drinks were amazing and everyone was dancing and vibing the food was so good especially the ceviche 10/10. We got there at 11 am and stayed til 6 pm and they let us and the music was good all day and they just kept the food coming ! COME TO THIS PLACE FOR A GOOD TIME!
