Fire Rock Burgers & Brews

Stopped by here a few weeks ago with a very large group of football players. We arrived almost an hour earlier than our reservation time. The establishment is small. I want to thank the staff, we had to wait for a little while, as you normally do with a large group. But, they made it happen, they moved tables around and accommodated our group. The waitresses were extremely patient. If I'm not mistaken, the manager even came in to help, she wasn't on site. A few parents in our group were a little antsy and the staff handled it very well. The food was delicious and it came out really quickly. My husband and sister really enjoyed the wings. Great customer service

Now this one was a close one to be a three star only because I like to review on an overall experience upon arrival we got very little recognition. Nobody addressed us not a high folks will be right with you. They all just kind of went about doing their thing Somebody in an unpleasant tone eventually said how many when you could clearly see four of us for what didn't look like a busy night we actually had to wait quite a bit for them to even seat us but quite hard to tell if the atmosphere is always this wayBut once we were seated our very sweet and kind waitress Brooke was able to help turn our experience around. She was very attentive and friendly, a little forgetful, but came back very quickly with our orders super accommodating with putting a football game on for us and overall one of the better parts of the experience. The decor in the place is right on point you'll see all the cool things for yourself. One ofmy My HuSbAnD's favorite part was actually being able to pee on a keg for some reason that was a fun experience. LolThe food that we ordered, of course consists all of different burgers that everyone was happy with flavor and toppings the french fries made with such a great crisp where everybody's favorite part and the ranch was delicious jalapeño wontons although tasty had very little jalapeño, but the jelly sauce that went with them was fantastic. the size of the food that you get is definitely fulfilling

Second visit here and second time we were disappointed. First visit: the service was so-so... we waited along time to be greeted, food took a long time to come out, but the food was DELICIOUS. We loved the live music and the overall vibe so we put it on our list to revisit. Second visit: me and my husband came tonight a little before 7pm, and when we got there they told us 45 minutes unless we wanted to sit on the outdoor patio. We opted for the patio because they had heaters out, we were sat in about 10 minutes. Server came over almost right away to get drinks started for us. She was a taller girl with short blonde hair and was wearing a beanie. My husband got a beer and I still needed some time to decide so she went to grab the beer. I ended up ordering a blood orange margarita and I asked her if they could make it spicy and she said yes. We ordered some onion rings while we looked over the menu. It took about 15 minutes for my drink to come out and it was not spicy at all. Right after the drink came out, the server brought the onion rings and took our burger order (we got a burger to share). My husband asked for a sauce and she walked away before I could tell her about my drink. After that, she never came back over to our table. Never brought the sauce out, so I ended up going inside asking the hostess if she could grab it and she brought it out within a minute (onion rings were already cold). By that point I had already drank half of my drink because I was thirsty and the server never came to check on us. By 7:50, two other tables next to us (bigger groups that were sat way after us) both got their food and we were still waiting for our single burger to come out. My husband went inside to talk to someone about closing out for what we had because we were cold, hungry, and annoyed. While he was inside the server came out, said "your burger came out right?" Which I told her it did not and to honestly just cancel it if they hadn't made it. She walks back inside and comes back about a minute lat saying "I'm not sure what happened the kitchen must have lost it or something, but I took it off your bill I'm sorry". By that point my husband had already talked to the manager who took care of our entire check (which we weren't looking for we were just going to pay for what we had and leave).I will give a shout out to the manager and the hostess who both were wonderful and helpful. Other than that the service was just not good, twice. Which sucks because the food was so so good the first time.

Excellent food. Service is decent. I love the rock vibe but (call me old) the live music could be turned down a bit indoors. I just wanna hear myself think and sometimes it's beyond that. That said, I still give this place 5 stars and will return many times to come. They have some great beers too and I don't really like beer so that's saying something.

OH MY GOSH! I have NEVER EVER been to a better restaurant!!! I am in total SHOCK at how amazing it was! They have a live band during dinner time and they sound awesome every time! ALSO the decor has so much effort and is AMAZINGGG! The bathrooms are epic and have led lights and is SUPER SUPER clean and pretty! And the servers and host are super sweet and never are rude! They also have big tables for party's so you almost never have to wait for a seat! BUT THE FOOD... YOU WILL NOT believe how AMAZING it is The burgers are really big so you are full and satisfied! And the drinks are awesome the best ever! AND they have sides for every meal and they are Soooooo good! I'm in shock! They even have FREE video games that are so fun to play on! And they have a HUGE like almost movie theater tv and it's awesome! SO DONT WALK RUN TO FIRE ROCK BURGERS AND BREWS! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!!!!

Their food is amazing. Everything we've tried is delicious, especially the carne asada fries. Drinks are good too. I don't always love beer from breweries but I like theirs. Service is good, no complaints there. We love live music and also appreciate that you don't feel like your eardrums are being blown out. Some places just don't know how to do the acoustics, but Fire Rock does. Highly recommend!

The food is really good. The beer is really cold. I prefer the mule, it's very tasty. Most of the time when I go I get the wings and the amazing zucchini. There are always have live artists. It's kid friendly, they have some games to the side. The service is quick, the staff is nice. Its can be a bit loud so if you are looking for somewhere quiet, this isn't the place. When you walk in it's decorated all rocked out. It's very clean. Restrooms are clean.

We passed by this spot many times while visiting the grocery store & finally decided to stop in.It was a beautiful night to sit on the patio, and the inside looked very fun with the decor.We were seated pretty quick even with the live music & service was great. With it being our first time, we had a few questions about the menu & I just wish our waitress was more knowledgeable to help with questions.On Wednesday they offered $2 off apps, so we all got a different appetizer as dinner & each one was amazing! We were told the kitchen ran out a few of the popular items, and if they are as good as the loaded fries & and quesadilla, I understand. I recommend this place as a stop for drinks & apps for sure!!

The food was freakin delicious, highly recommend! Beers were good and they had great wait staff!

I ordered (online) the 'freak on the leash' which wasn't bad however. It was dry.. I was disappointed when with the bbq sauce.. ?.. because by the time I finally tasted it... I was almost gone! IT WAS BOMB! My whole burger would have been 7xs better with that sauce ‍
