This is the second time we rented from them and it was a great experience. The kids had a blast and loved the jumper will definitely use again.

Great pricing hooks you and they were prompt in delivering and picking up the jumper / chairs / table. BUT I have literally asked for my deposit back FIVE different times and it's been 4 weeks since they picked up all their stuff - "neatly stacked and clean"' just like they requested. I only get correspondence by text - no one answers the phone. And the texts are always "I did already credit it" or "I've been out all day, let me check" or "I'll check later". IT WASN'T THIS HARD TO GET THEM TO TAKE MY MONEY.

I've used this company since I was very young and I've been impressed every time he has everything on speed dial even when your party going on. I had so many wonderful memories on these jumpers and can't wait to use him again!

I used fantasy party rental for my son birthday. They were great. I highly recommend them for any event. Will be using them for futures events.
