One of the most polite and professional companies I've ever worked with. They answer their calls and they want to serve you well. What's even better ... their pricing. It was the best price... oh by the way the inflatable was brand new. You decide. Best service, best service, best quality... Jose is the guy!

We used this company last minute due to weather changes for our event. Not only were their prices the best but the quality of service was fabulous. The owner called to confirm pricing and to see ifthere was anything else's we needed before he came out. The heaters were delivered on time as requested and they looked very nice as well (not all run down) which added to the look of our event. The only downfall for me was that I found him too late. I wish I would've found him so much earlier to be able to order everything from this one place.

I don't even know where to begin!!!!I was recommended by a friend about Exclusive Events and WOW they exceeded my expectations!!! the owner is wonderful and the person I dealt with, Jose, was just amazing! I can definitely tell that customer service was TOP NOTCH, super friendly and super nice, which made the renting process a breeze, and the delivery was exactly on time, and the guys who delivered it were very fast and careful while setting up the tables, chairs that shows they care about their customers!! I was impressed and Happy. I will definitely be renting from them again and will be recommending anyone who is having a fantastic party to go there!!!Thanks again!!!

THIS IS AN EXCELLENT COMPANY! I would absolutely use them again and refer them to my family and friends! So, I needed a backdrop for the babyshower for my daughter. I found this company through a Google search online. I sent a message requesting information about his products and I immediately got a response back. Jose gave me the information I needed. He was polite, respectful and professional. On the day of the party Jose and his sister arrived to the venue before I did! Not only did they set up the back drop, they helped me set up my decorations, and he brought extra supplies ( table clothes, extension cords, tape, and clips for my decorations) he thought I might need for the party. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND for my event. When the event was over they rapidly took down the back drop as I requested. They were great!

Everything was amazing! From start to finish! I was so impressed with the high level of customer service and attentiveness!! Very happy I went with exclusive events and will definitely be using them again!

They delivered items a day before our event and picked up a day after. They were always on time and will definitely hire them for my next event !

Extremely happy with Exclusive Events 951. I threw a last minute part and they were able to accommodate me the very next day with everything I needed for my party! He delivered on time and the unit was very clean. Jose and his team were a pleasure to work with. This company really lives up to their name, if you would like an exclusive section on inflatables. His units are unique and eye catching . His jumper was definitely the highlight to our daughters 1st birthday. Highly recommend for your party needs
