Evolve Distilling

A nice little quiet cozy spot to have a drink. The staff is great and welcoming. They can pretty much make you anything you'd like or they come up with their own drinks in addition to what's on the menu. There is no food here, but you can bring in outside food. I like to either grab from the food truck at the brewery or often times the cider place has a little food stand too.

Another lovely evening of Blues & Soul with the Elizabeth Hangan band. Chill speakeasy vibe, fantastic spirits and cocktails, friendly bar tenders. The attention to detail didn't go unnoticed either; fresh flowers in the restroom and a groovy intermission playlist. This is truly a hidden gem in the I.E. Reservations recommended for live music events.

So glad to see this business took over the location. The staff is awesome. The drinks are delicious. There is no food, but the brewery in the same lot usually has food available. Sometimes they do seasonal drinks, but you don't really know unless you go there. It would be great if they posted the seasonal menus on their social media.

What a damn gem this place is. I love it. The bartenders are knowledgeable and friendly and they have a lot of my favorite go tos on tap!? Like what!? I still think to this day, they have the best "draft" espresso martini out there. Give em a go! And don't be disappointed

Friendly staff. Yummy mixed drinks. If you want to learn a few things about whiskey and other liquors they will share what they know. Super chill vibe and classy ambiance.

I had 1 bourbon 1 scotch & 1 beer or something like that. Seriously though they have some great drinks here from traditional bourbon to some exotic bourbon aged in special barrels. Great service and mixed drinks as well. Great variety of distilled spirits vodka, gin, rum made in house. Great place to hang out and enjoy some drinks this place has a speakeasy type ambience

Our first time at Evolve Distilling and we really enjoyed our tasting experience. Outstanding spirits! Also very friendly staff. We will be back! Thank you Steve for the tour! We really appreciate it!

Sometimes cozy is perfect. We spotted this place coming out of a brewery and had to try it. We were met with friendly smiles and a lot of new information on whiskey. Everything was soooo smooth and delicious. I bought a bottle of their coffee whiskey. A MUST TRY WHEN YOU VISIT.

The food is great, The service is superb. Atmosphere is reaaly good.In the warm season they have entertainment on the Back porch enterance.Wonderful parking. However they are a quite expencive. But the people still come because it is an enjoyable place.

This place is phenomenal. The service, ambience and crowd are all great- but the liquor is truly artisan- the work of a master craftsman.
