Etouffee Shaking Crab

1st time hereMy bestie and I are crab fanatics We love a good seafood boil Unfortunately, this place was not it 1 - not Asian 2 - not spicy 3 - not accurate Cajun fries were plain as heck I ordered garlic butter only for my bad - they added all kinds of spice My friend order full house - they had zero spice Cajun fries were plain - not Cajun at all When I asked the waitress about why my garlic butter had all kinds of spice in it, she tried so hard to lie and play me sayin' "we change our recipes all the time " - instead of admitting to the added space The only good thing about thing about this place is Marvin - he was the bomb - so polite and so helpful He was a real 1 Ask for Marvin Overall the manager was kind as well but probably hates his job

They are super nice, they're clean and neat, the food could be better, the waiter is very nice and helpful as well. Unfortunately I will not be back. Paying so much to not be satisfied is a horrible feeling nowadays.

First time trying this place. Yelp had it at 3 starts I give it 4. The food is quite tasty no need for lemon or salt. Will come again.

Haven't been there in awhile, why is the food even better then I remember. Service still Great. So Good!!!

Servers were so nice we have never been here and they helped us decide and even suggested a smaller dinner combo since it's so much food and they were correct we even took some home. And the house sauce was delicious we will be back

Arrived right when it opened, first time having crab boil. The portion size is large, we had plenty of leftovers. Tried the crawfish, shrimp and mussels, medium spice. The cajun fries are also good. Free refills on soft drinks. Great service, and the restaurant is very clean. Plenty of parking. A must try.

1/5 stars. Extremely disappointed with my experience at Shaking Crab. Paid top dollar for a crab boil and got a tiny serving that left me hungry. Expected a hearty, filling meal but got a few scraps instead. To make matters worse, our waiter (the one with glasses) was completely unfriendly and unhelpful. Won't be returning.

Amazing staff and service ! Food was amazing ! Went there for my daughter's 16th birthday they really went out of their way to make sure it was a birthday she would never forget Love this place !! Would definitely recommend two friends and family

Honestly my first time coming here , very disappointed, I ordered the $75 and tell me why it did not look right to me , clams were all basically empty , portion was not accurate , we spoke to the manager agreed for a discount but tell me why when we look at the bill he only took $12 off ! For getting was we got was not worth $87 I will not return here , I recommend people going else where , manager was very disrespectful!
