Etcetera Sushi & Thai Bites

I really enjoyed Etcetera, it was the best sushi I've had in a while. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the presentation? Absolutely stunning. I was so impressed I wanted to shout, "spectacular, give me 14 of them right now!"For appetizers we got the edamame, crispy tuna and yellowtail with jalapeños - all perfect! The rolls were a great size and stuffed with fish! I highly recommend the el narco roll and the Sundays best roll.Prices were great too, worth it! Each bite was perfection, loved all the saucy details and commitment to quality.

A friend and I came just before opening at 12p and we were the first ones in. Staff was very friendly our server Quincy was great! She had awesome recommendations and was very attentive (she had us drinking old fashioned cocktails and shooting oysters at noon) Everything we ordered was delicious and very fresh I recommend the spicy garlic edamame, rainbow roll, salmon and yellowtail sashimi were super buttery. The place quickly filled up for lunch, the booth seating against the wall is very comfortable and there is plenty of seating to accommodate groups of any size. If you are in the area definitely check this place out!

The food, the service, the ambience, everything about this restaurant is amazing!! we had the sassy roll and the assassin roll and it was so yummy! we went for valentines and they had the valentines deal where we were able to pick 2 rolls, selected apps, 12 piece sushis! the staff were honestly so sweet and amazing! we will definitely be back again! also the pricing for their sushi is very good and fair for really good quality sushi! this place is such a hidden gem here!

Great place! The food as amazing. Fresh and made to order. The vibe of the restaurant is really cool! They have a few tvs, so if you're interested in watching a game, it'll be available. Seems like they have a decent bar. The service was really good as well! Look forward to checking it out again!

Usually big groups like the dinner party of 9 we had are tough to get everything right but our server Taylor got it spot on from the beginning. He was very attentive and gave plenty of recommendations for the whole table.I'm half Thai so naturally I had to try a few of their bites and I am pleasantly surprised at the quality and presentation of the food. For the taste, I was shocked at how good everything was. So much food at the table I couldn't get all the pics but the highlights were the Thai sausage, the lamb, and the crunchy fried chicken. Sushi was quite good but the table was leaning more towards rolls which I don't really do cause all the sauces hiding the quality of the fish. I'll definitely come back if I'm in the area.

Don't sleep on the lamb chops here! I've never had chops like this before. What a sleeper menu item. They've got great sushi here. And they've got a unique thai menu as well. A great bar seating as well. Very clean and open space. The service was superb and the chefs brought the vibe. Can't go wrong with a crunchy roll. The shrimp roll special was delicious too. I got my kids the chicken teriyaki which was cooked perfectly. Glad Corona's got a great Asian cuisine to visit.

Tried their new seared lemon pepper salmon roll. It was so delicious. Slightly obsessed. Also. For some reason their edamame was out of this world good. So fresh and perfectly salted. Really loved it. The California rolls are light and fresh and yummy as well. Great staff. Great experience.

We came a while ago but I'm finally getting around to write the review. We came on the Friday before Father's Day weekend and it was PACKED. Talking to the host, it seems normally there isn't that much of a wait but regulars were dining for 2-3 hours before leaving. We ended up having to wait 45-50 minutes for our party of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids). The place is pretty small, even with bar seating there just aren't that many tables. However, we appreciated the two hosts in the front working really hard to get people seated in a timely manner. They were keeping us posted and overall, just really friendly and helpful. As for the food, we enjoyed it. We ordered a couple salmon ikura bowls and the quality and portions were both great. My kids enjoyed their salmon teriyaki kids meals and miso soups. We also ordered a whole bunch of rolls and appetizers to share. We liked the soft shelled crab appetizer in particular and ordered two. My father in law was surprised by the portion of his vegetarian special roll and was pleased with it as well. We'll definitely come back.

Loveeeeeee everything in the menu. The vibe is always good. The cooks always greet and say bye. I recommend this place 100%.

First time trying this place based on reviews . Not sure if quality would have been better if dining in but take out was horrible. Got sick off the food and the sushi rolls just were not fresh poorly prepared. If you have experience Oshima in orange I'd think it's safe to say stick to real sushi establishments. Definitely a waste of money here .
