I rented from EPR for my 20th anniversary party. They were extremely professional from the start! Booking the items I needed was super easy and their pricing was great!We did have a slight issue with the delivery address but they communicated with me and the issue was corrected within minutes!!!The delivery crew was AWESOME!!! Super sweet and very helpful. They text a time frame for drop off and pick up and send another text when they're 10 mins away!!I will for sure be using EPR again!! Thank you!!

I found Escamilla's Party rental on Yelp. I made a few calls and sent a few messages to other companies but nobody was as responsive as these guys. I was planning a quinceanera and wanted to see a showroom and some color options for tablecloths. Sandra invited me to see their showroom and made an arrangement for me to see it on a weeknight as I don't work in the area and have a long commute.My wife and I checked out the showroom and liked some options there. We ran through a list of items to quote but were unsure how many tables we would be able to fit in my dog-bone shaped backyard. Sandra and Henry came out a week later to check it out and we made some decisions and paid a deposit. We rented 8 round tables, tablecloths and overlays; 64 chairs and napkins; a 12' X 12' dance floor; 3 large ice chests; a coffee percolator; and string lights.They delivered a day before the party and set up the string lights and dance floor for us and we set up the rest. We had everything we needed and everything worked out as planned. I wish I had taken pictures of the yard before the party started as I was cleaning up to the last minute since Amazon cleaning services failed to show up the day before. Henry showed up the next morning to take the stuff back.I would definitely use them again as they had great customer service, were prompt and on-time and returned telephone calls and text messages. Five stars!

They are great and friendly. I like renting from them. They are on time with the deliveries. I will be using them again for other birthday party's.

This rental company is not honest. I brought my business to them, not having any problems until drop off came. They claim to give you an appointment drop off time but they don't. When they did finally drop off, they didn't communicate until arrival so we weren't aware of when to expect drop off. They then dropped off a broken table, that I was unaware of because they left the tables folded up and stacked. When we went to set up the tables is when we realized one was broken. When they arrived for pick up they continued to blame me for the broken table and used a photo of the tables folded up to "prove" the table was not broken prior to drop off. This photo does not show how one of the tables legs were unusable since they were folded up. I was then charged for the table without notice. Do not use this rental company.

EPR Did a great job setting up our twinkle light tent for our wedding! They were extremely communicative, efficient, accurate and affordable. Henry and his team at Epr are extremely helpful and professional I highly recommend!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! Staff is so unprofessional and rude....especially Hannah who has no customer service manners. I received damaged merchandise and had all my phone calls ignored when I called the office asking for help, none of my voicemails were returned and Then I finally got a text saying "we aren't on the same page as you" as they refused to replace the broken table that was delivered and said no refund either.

Once again, EPR events came through with delivery of a tent with sidewalls and chandelier and chairs, for our Christmas Eve gathering. The Tent with sidewalls was delivered and installed and the installers were very professional. This is not the first time we have used them. The office staff are friendly and very helpful. I had used them several times before including ordering tents with sidewalls, a bar and chairs and tables and I will continue to use them when we have parties and I highly recommend them. Communication is key and I felt like the communication was great.

EPR has a great selection of rentals. I rented 4 tables, 22 ghost chairs, charger plates, water glasses, champagne classes and water carafes for a Birthday Brunch. I have rented from them before and really like their selection of chairs so I decided to use them again even tho I was having them deliver to Redlands this time. I knew the delivery fee would be more costly--but they had what I wanted and I've used them before so I didn't mind. Delivery wasn't a problem, I didn't have to be home for them to drop off.All the glassware wasn't exactly clean. It wasn't dirty per say but I saw residue and some crusties of whatever was in them from a previous rental. They definitely weren't "ready to use" upon delivery--totally fine, I had planned to wash them myself when I received them anyways. No big deal. What was a bit of a hiccup was that while I was washing the water carafes the night before the party, I came across one that was chipped on the top lip. I realized after I cut my finger from accidentally running my fingers over it while washing. I thought it was in bad taste they would send me something broken, so I set it aside and did not use it because I didn't want anyone else to cut themselves. Then, after the event i received a text saying they were going to charge me for the damage of the chipped carafe. I politely let them know that it was already like that and I didn't use it for that reason. They didn't end up charging me but word of advice, if you see something broken, let them know immediately because it seems as though they don't check their stuff very well before it's delivered to you. All in all, they have a great selection of rentals and were very nice otherwise. Delivery was not a problem and I will continue to use them in the future but check every rental item going forward.

Renter beware! Non-flexible and non-personal service. Rigid adherence to terms. In this current environment of uncertainty and change, if you need some flexibility in planning, I suggest that you look elsewhere...They will keep your deposit for doing nothing, and not offer a rain check or be willing to work with customer on a viable solution.I'm sure they do just fine if your plans run exactly as planned, but if they don't, and you need a degree of flexibility, then this should not be your choice.
