Epic Wings

We were looking forward to trying this restaurant for the first time today after some shopping. We noticed that the space was clean and tidy, which made us excited to dine with you. However, we found the menu a bit challenging to understand, especially regarding what was included in the combo meals, such as the number of wings.When we approached the register, we were a little taken aback by the interaction. I mentioned that we were new and asked for some recommendations, but I sensed some frustration from the staff member when she responded. I understand that it can get busy, but there was no one else in line and it would have been helpful to receive more guidance on the menu instead of receiving the attitude distain we received instead. Unfortunately, the way the information was communicated made us feel uncomfortable because the young lady at the register clearly expected us to know what we wanted and did not want to answer ANY of my questions, and we decided to leave. I believe that a friendly and patient approach to customer service could greatly enhance the experience for new visitors who don't want to experience what we experienced today as we left with a sour taste in our mouth and empty bellies.

These are my son's favorite wings.He is 13 and buffalo wings are his favorite but not just any bufffalo wings! Epic wings are what he asks for. We usually get the wings to go it through DoorDash. I love that they let us get 12 flat onlys. Inside is nice too they have a patio, a bar with beer, the service is always great. The girls working the front are nice and attentive, and it's a convenient location for lunch or dinner.

Food - 6/10. Maybe even 5.5. The 2 breadsticks weren't even that good. The wings were dry. The Buffalo sauce was watery. The ranch wasn't bad. The sweet chili was good. Just bummed the wings were dry. And we had a partial wing with our order where it was mostly bone. The fries definitely were a must with the wings. Service - 8/10. Minimal need for service. Cashier was ready to take our order but it was our first time so we definitely weren't ready. Love that she told us about the $25 combo special since my boyfriend and I ordered 2 combos which was basically the same thing but the $25 special came with fries.Ambiance - Small bar style. Not a fan of the interior. Cold tile walls. Lots of TV screens and a small bar top area. Went on a Monday afternoon. Only 2 tables were taken. Music was dope though. The cook had loud music playing off his phone which I thought was funny. They were out of hand sanitizer and toilet paper in the bathroom. The floors were sticky in there too. I have a theory where you can tell how well they take care of the place by their restrooms. Probably won't be back.

First thing to do at a chicken place is to always try their plain wings first. If their plain wings is good, their wings with sauces would be too. Got sauces on the side. the reaper's a joke. Sour, 0 spice. Fries? If you like them soft and not crispy then they're for you. Unfortunately, I prefer crispier fries. Plain wings at Epic Wings is better than wing stop or Buffalo Wild Wings... however, I would only give them a 3/5. Wings here are also a lot smaller.

First time here, we got chicken tenders garlic Parmesan and medium buffalo sauce. It was tender and juicy. Some of the best chicken i have ever had. The breadsticks are delicious too. They remind me of a soft pretzel. I would recommend epic wings. Gotta try it out. Also this location has a decent size bar. Looks like they only have beer but thats not a bad thing.

No better place in IE for wings. Flavors are incredible with options to blend different flavors. Wings are served hot to your desire (crispy or not). Great spot to catch a game and enjoy good eats and a brew. Service is friendly, attentive , helpful and fun. Ambiance is clean, organized and chill.

The wings are so good! We had the lemon pepper wings and they're very good and crispy. The fries were very good as well. We were surprised to see that they give you garlic bread with their combos, and it is to die for. You have to eat it when it's nice and warm, we will definitely return to watch sports.

Came here to say that we have been back several times since my last review a year ago and the food and service has always been consistent. My kids love Epic Wings over any other wing establishment and I personally love their blue cheese and their breadsticks. I love spice so the Extra hot flavor isn't hot at all but they did sell me a nice size side of their hottest sauce for a reasonable price which did the trick! Definitely will continue to regular this place!

This review is longggg overdue. I had never heard of epic wings until moving to Rancho and now I will always look for them anywhere I am. The wings are always consistent which is what I look for in any establishment CONSISTENCY. They nail it every single time never leaving any wing unsauced/seasoned. The breadsticks are a must as they are delicious buttery,garlic and super dense and fluffy, I believe I have met the owners son if I am not mistaken who I'm sure is also part owner he is very humble & observant. I see he just wants to see customers enjoy good food at a very consumer friendly price. He also is always checking on customers just as is any of the staff members as I've been there they are also very consistent. I believe overall you can walk in on any given day and get very consistent,good service no matter the day of the week and also grab a drink at the bar while dining or waiting for your food. All of the drinks at the bar are also fairly priced and also do beat a lot of other bars in the area! Give this place a stop and see for yourself don't be afraid for family orders they cater too from what I see.

Honestly I got the chicken tenderloins and they were quite excellent! The chicken was very tender and I got the medium búfalo sauce. This buffalo sauce is so so yummy! I enjoyed it so much this time around. The ranch really compliments the buffalo sauce very well. I'm glad I gave this place another try :-) I don't want to support wingstop anymore so this is one of the best next local chains that isn't too expensive. The last time I went, I felt like the wings were dry and they didn't add much buffalo sauce. And my fries unseasoned and had potato chunks (not even salt on it). Perhaps that was a busy time and a weird day.I think the fries could probably be better and hopefully they can eventually create a good seasoning that would put stomp on wingstop a toes :-)
