ELCI Cabinet and Floors is a great company, their owners are very polite and very attentive. I give to this company five stars. Their quality of work is perfect and their employees are great. However, the best person that ELCI Cabinet and Floors have is Lila, she is the star and MVP of that company, she makes happen your dreams and she kept to your project budget. When they made my kitchen, the owners and Lila were present on my house step by step during the build. I recommend this company 100%, work with Lila she makes the project to happen. But be patient as any big project there will be problems but their owners and Lila know how to work with you.Dr. Serrano

We had our kitchen counter tops and bathroom vanity done. The price was spot on.Everyone was very nice,professional and got the job done in a timely matter. The quality of the materials and work met our expectations and we would use the company again for other projects in the future .All the staff were wonderful. Highly recommend this company!!

This was our 1st experience with home remodeling. We did our entire kitchen , master bath, wood flooring, fixtures, and some tile. The design center team were amazing and so patient in helping me make all my color and surface selections. Ed the owner made sure crews were on task and if there was an issue he resolved it immediately. The project was completed on time and is beautiful. Our budget wasn't huge but they totally worked with us to make sure we got as much accomplished as we could within that budget. I will be using them again for the next phase of our home improvement.

After shopping several cabinet places for my new office, we were relieved when we walked in ELCI cabinets. Lila Benally, put our anxieties at ease, by giving us a reasonable quote and a timely installation date. We were able to show her what we wanted, from their beautiful showroom. I would use ELCI cabinets again.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would.First of all, the receptionist and supervisor at their dispatch center are very nice and professional. They will guarantee the world to you and get you really excited. We contacted them to repaint the inside of our town house. The walls are 20ft high and I am disabled so it is very hard for me to DIY something like this. Painters show up 2 hours late to our house, and did not bring any equipment. No ladder, no scaffolding, nothing. I had informed them multiple times that we had 20ft walls and they would need extension poles and ladders. They did not bring any.They left, and came back two hours later with the proper equipment. They taped off our living room half assedly, and slapped up the accent wall colors worse than i could have done myself. They got paint all over our floor boards, ceilings, and would have gotten it on our sofa had I not insisted they cover that with plastic as well. They didn't finish the job, not even halfway. They decided to leave, and claimed they would return on Friday with 4 guys.Friday rolls around and it's 10AM, they said they'd be here at 9. I call the dispatch and the lady informs me that "the guy" who was supposed to come had car trouble and can't make it. We'd have to reschedule. I informed her that I had taken off two days of work in order to oversee this job, and it needed to be finished today, and I wanted 4 people to get in here and do a good job, as I was promised.She called me back and said the painter "found a ride" and it was still just one guy. The one guy shows up finally at 11AM, and takes one look at the inside of my townhouse and says "nope I can't do this alone" and leaves. I'm left here still, right now, with paint half slapped on the walls of my townhouse, and plastic all over my living room furniture. I'm furious... because they also already charged my card for the job and have yet to finish it.This is a horrible experience. Their workers are incompetent and their communication is terrible. Absolutely would NEVER call them again. EVER!!!

This company gave me a competitive estimate. Most importantly lila followed up with me even though she was busy. Had the best experience and customer service

Very happy with our cabinets. Excellent craftsmanship. Everything was delivered on time as promised. Wish we had come to them first! After a horrible experience with another company, they saved the day! Jennifer was so helpful and professional throughout the whole process. Cannot thank them enough!

As a commercial contractor I decided to have a local company install my countertops. Long story short, I did not receive the counter tops I ordered. The detail edge was not what I ordered. Sales blamed the installers and the installers blamed the Sales person. All this while on speaker phone for the customer to hear. (Very unprofessional)In the end I was refunded for the detailed work I did not receive and it took a month to get a refund check even though I live less than a mile from the showroom. The salesperson even said they were going to mail the check the next day after the incident.

Was looking for a very specific flooring color and style, Ed the owner and Isabella with the front office worked so hard to match the pictures I was providing. With COVID it is hard to view items in person. I must say that the color was spot on the quality amazing, they installers were very professional and really took their time with the install of the floors. They paid special attention to detail and made sure to install the flooring under all thresholds. They were very clean and respectful of the home which I greatly appreciate. I would definitely recommend this company and appreciate their hard work!

We bought Pergo flooring, bathroom tile, fireplace tile, and carpet from Elci. The final product was absolutely beautiful. They were very patient with our schedule when we needed to delay our installation for several months. Every time that I called they recognized my number and responded immediately. I appreciate the support and great customer service. Thank you Elci!
