El Toro Market

Great location. The other El Toro Makets are scary and run down. This one is the best in the area. Way better than the Main st. or S. State St. location.Great prices are meat and produce!!!Free money orders.

Went to buy lettuce and tomatoes. The lettuce was expensive, but I was in a hurry. The Romaine lettuce was wilted. I can't understand why their prices are high when the quality of vegetables is low quality.Noticed a large container with cut up meat next to grill -not covered. I should have taken a picture. No one was cooking on the grill.I'd be cautious with buying fresh food here.

I'll let the video speak for itself. Found maggots in tacos. The cooks tried to deny seeing anything then we showed the video and they saw them. Los tacos tenian gusanos. Never coming here again. Got our $ back though.

When your hungry the tacos are good. But they'll make your stomach hurt. Lol. Owners cool asf though

I am new in town move out here from LB , I been twice in this Market El Toro I will never come back I dislike this particular store in this location. Employees are very rude and conceded everyone needs to be trained for good customer service . The store is not very clean needs to be sanitized specially in produce areas ... fruit & Veggies are old , rotten or spoil. The meat department smell bad ! everything they sale was already expensive in prices before the quarantine. Now they raised the price on the majority of groceries at least 10% more , sounds like price gouging to me they need to be reported .

this is a picture of a fly on the counter where they make food to go i went to order food for me my dad and his brother. as i watch flies landed on all 3 of our foods after i told the lady that fly had landed om our food her solution was to wrap the same food that she had just made in another tortilla thats so wrong i asked her to remake it and when she refused i told her to throw it all away and left this place needs to be shut down

This store always have items missed priced. Be sure to watch the register when they ring up your grocery because The prices are different from what they say on the aisles when you get up to the register you may think your getting something on sale or a deal and then when they ring it up the price is a different price and then all or, we have a new guy on the floor. I have complained to the manager a numerous of times and they said they will correct it but they don't if they can get away with it they'll just keep getting away with it. Check your receipt

This is a market that offers produce, meat and liquor. It has a kitchen that serves Mexican food. I especially like their sopes. They're salsa is on the spicy side so if you can't take the heat ask for it on the side. Service is okay.Their menu includes tacos, burritos, tamales and drinks. Burritos are about seven dollars. They have meal specials.

The one on State Street and Seventh Street is okay love their Tacos. The Lady Manager is real nice she cares. But there short 60 something year old half bald guy that works there he basically just cleans. Anyways he is rude and disgusting. He keeps on sniffing his nose and you can hear the shots in his nose and he doesn't care and looks like he never takes showers hope he doesn't touch the food in the store

Please Note that when new hires are working the hot food service department.They will fuck your order up. What makes me even more upset is that the paisas in the back will act like they can't assist the new hire. I was very upset with my order after all I did pay for something I thought I wanted but came out totally different from every other time.
