I'm only giving two stars instead of one due to the fact I had some conversations with some patrons which on a scale the patrons deserve the two stars and not the horribly loud atmosphere, sub par service, and people who clearly had 5 too many being served a sixth only to turn around and drop his bottle of beer. The " K- Jay" who clearly understands English when speaking to a woman. Came in for a bite to eat play some pool and sing Karaoke with my girl. Here it is 4 hrs later and my girl has yet to sing. Yes! 4 hrs ago I put our names and song choices in. After 2 hrs I'm told that My name had been passed over. Not only that, but another patron asked to sing with my girl much after the 4 hrs mark... was finally called up to sing a duet which didn't end up being a duet AND a song not of her choosing " ... she went with it anyway... smh only to then be skipped over every other time. Even when asked politely several times then again when called the out!!! This P.O.S doesn't speak English anymore?!?! What the "F" does it take to get a song in by your selfie even take your girl out for a good time oh San Bernardino anymore ?!? I guess the reader can tell by now that both of us had some input to share, as not to be confused by the name. Yes, it's my girls account."Javier Estrada Kareoke Joker" Check his Facebook!!! He is a lying P.O.S.Just saying!! I hope you all head our warnings, simply to avoid an overall horrible evening!!Good luck all! bet..... the juke box was so loud that it drowned out the karaoke on the far side of the establishment. Food order, was recommended to try the hot wings "bartender tip" . (Patron tip..Me!!) "eat somewhere else". Some were coated to be quote" hot wings" while others were just dry drum sticks. Their specialty loaded fries were basically loaded with cold cheese and microwaved. Fries microwaved? On a positive note. Parking was easy since I have a H. C. Place-card. Right next to a door that is locked. I/we wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a night of Karaoke, food and some pool. " tip" bring a vacuum for the pool table.Maybe they will read this and try to keep new customers . Or maybe their regulars like this kind of treatment that they surely didn't receive. Clearly a D rating.

It's a pretty chill bar great service pretty chill vibe also best fries in TOWN.... I highly recommend it

Love coming here after work! Good vibes, good music and cold beer. Tues & Thur are my favorite nights. The bartender is awesome!

Holy moly this place should reach out to Jon Taffer from Bar Rescue. Management needs to grab their investment by the horns and buck up (no pun) They need a credit card machine to avoid losing more customers from rip off atm fee. There's more issues but hopefully this place gets busy as other bars are hustling during theses times

Love this place! Great environment, the staff is friendly, and the food is amazing. My wife and I always come here after a long work week to relax

Today I come to support my friend Irma I ask the waitress Selene if she can bring me lemon for my beer omg the not smart women bring me two tiny slice of lemon wow if you want to charge me for the lemon trust me girl I can pay for it Selene always have a bitch attitude omg the worth service in Rialto for real please people I don't recommend to come to this place if she is the waitress how rude she is wow so disappointed unbelievable specially the Javier is my friend and the karaoke family always here not

I love this bar! I only come in here for her to tea bag me! The dynamic duo A&D #tuesdaysandthursday are my days!

My friend's and I have been coming here for like three years, mostly to watch Notre Dame games (I think the owner went there). They've got like ten TV screens and usually four are devoted to the Irish. Food's good, beer's cold, the "Bucket O' Beer & Wings" special is a pretty great deal. Maybe too good. We do like our buckets.

Tuesday & Thursday are favorite drink days here. Bartender makes the best shots... been coming here for years
