El Taco Lucas

If you're looking for a casual spot with great food and excellent service, El Taco Lucas in Corona is a nice mom and pop Mexican restaurant with a casual, warm, and inviting vibe with beige booths inside that are comfortable.The hard shell tacos we had were perfectly crisp without being too oily, which made them very light and satisfying. The fresh, flavorful cheese adds the perfect finishing touch to every bite. The service here is also friendly and attentive, making the whole experience wonderful. Love that they serve ice water and have utensils and napkins out too. Makes it easy to eat here and enjoy!

On sat 8/24 we placed a phone order for two orders of menudo and one breakfast plate The breakfast plate was good. Our son loved it. Good size portion. The menudo was the worst menudo we've ever eaten. It smelled foul as soon as we took the tops off to serve into a bowl. The broth was disgusting and the meat was foul. It's a shame because we like supporting small local businesses. We will continue to purchase our menudo at Ochoa's Carniceria on Smith and 6th st.

Very clean restaurant with lots of seating. Friendly people. Good flavors with the food, lengua was very tender. Homemade tastes.

From the first time I ate at this Mexican restaurant, I was thoroughly impressed. The service is always excellent and prompt, and the option to order ahead via phone is always convenient for my coworkers and I who come here at least once a week during our lunchtime. Every dish I have tried has always been delectable, showcasing authentic flavors and quality ingredients. The ambiance is always great, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and the restaurant is always impeccably clean. I highly recommend this restaurant for an exceptional experience.

I've been coming to this restaurant for years. There have been months where it was at least once per week. This restaurant is a must visit. There are a lot of Mexican restaurants to choose from in Corona but the food here beats all the others. The staff and the cooks are very friendly and they have expanded the restaurant to create more seating. You won't be disappointed with anything you choose to order from their menu.

Love this spot. We order the combination burritos which are amazing! Their tacos are great as well. Cant go wrong here.

Excellent food. You get plenty of meat in the tacos and burritos! Every thing we have ordered there is delicious. We eat there all the time! Highly recommend!

This place has been on my list to try for a long time. All of their advertising videos make the food look so yummy! Unfortunately, we were left very disappointed.The burritos are super greasy and falling apart. The carne asada has lots of gristle in it; I had to spit it out.My son's taco had a wooden stick in it! He spit it out, it was pretty long, resembled a thick toothpick.We won't be back.

the food was 40 bucks for 2 sopes 1 burrito and a drink. 40 BUCKS!! WTF I asked the lady forguacamole on the side while ordering. I thought it would come in the large sum I was charged. I asked the lady for the guacamole and she asked me for more money. I WAS SHOCKED... I asked for my money back and went down the street for same items for 25 bucks. And next to the Clinic.
