El Rancho Supermarket

Good neighborhood market overall. The only thing I do not like is that most aisles do NOT have prices on items. No price on shelves, no price on items. Hoping they get around to pricing everything soon. As it is intimidating to shop on a budget when the price tags are non existent.

This is an ex Stater Brothers and that's where they dropped the ball. Two entry doors and only one is open. Two restrooms, and they are both for employees, none for customers. The place is always got construction going on, and it isn't getting better. Go elsewhere this place is horrible.

This is the worst place to do your shopping, because if you need to used the restroom, guess what you need to hold it till you get to your home. Because the restroom is only for employees. That's what the cashier told me.

I ran in to get a few things and they don't have refrigerated biscuits or crescent rolls! They had a hard time understanding what I was looking for and after going through the whole refrigerator section they had none! This store is lacking many items! I'm so sad Stater Bros is gone which has everything I needed close to my house!

Horrible service. It doesn't matter if you're buying food groceries here they will not let you the restroom. And if you don't speak Spanish, they are the rudest people to you.

Ever since this supermarket replaced Stater Bros, the shopping center has turned into a ghost town, and it's incredibly frustrating. It's clear that no one in our community shops here anymore because the prices are ridiculously high, and they never have the items we need. It's disappointing to see such a lack of consideration for the local Hispanic community in the area. I, like many others, would rather make the drive to the new Stater Bros on Arlington or La Sierra than waste time here. It's a shame to see what's happened to this once busy shopping center.

Part two: no cheese. No GRILLED onions. No grilled JALAPEÑOS. This place... Simply sad. First complaint was a slice of cheese when it should have have been cotija. NOW nothing. Absolutely nothing.

most of their shelves are empty you won't find everything you're looking for. Also today I called to ask for a price on a meat they said they can get prices which I think it's ridiculous. That is why their business is not that great. Their customer service sucks.

This place just opened up so there wasn't a lot of people, which was nice. The produce was fresh- didn't see any spoilt produce. The staff was nice. Irma at the meat counter was so friendly. Another staff member saw that I couldn't find something, so he came over to ask if I needed help, without me having to ask. Coming back because of the friendliness of the staff.

Items on the shelf are priced incorrectly cashier was very sweet and adjusted price before mentioning it happens often. Meat isn't fresh purchased on a Tuesday night next day Wednesday afternoon meat was bad. Tried to purchase some heavy whipping cream all 7 bottles on the shelf where expired. Produce wasn't great.
