Ran in here to pick up a quick lunch! The place was busy but they took your order quickly. While waiting for my order to-go I packed up my salsa at the salsa bar which had a lot of different salsa options. I had the chicken taquitos supreme. SO good, one of the best I've had since moving to Southern California. Lots of chicken, perfect crunch and lots of lettuce, cheese, sour cream and guacamole. My husband and son had the California burrito and they both said it was really good with lots of meat inside. Minus a star for 2 things-it's crazy to me that you have to pay for chips, and also they keep the napkins behind the register. I had to ask for napkins and while I was sitting and waiting a couple people went and asked for napkins. Why not just have them out by the salsa bar where the plastic silverware is?? Great food and I'm sure we'll be back.

11/13/24, evening: The rude customer service at the taco shop made the visit unforgettable for all the wrong reasons. From the start, a young lady with a disrespectful attitude was apparent. Her dismissive tone and sharp responses left no room for friendly interaction or queries. Any attempt to clarify an order or request a modification made the entire process uncomfortable. This unfriendly demeanor overshadowed the quality of the food, leaving a bitter impression. I will never again come back here, and I will let others know.

Update... back again. This is my go to for Mexican food. I love their burritos, cheese enchiladas and tostadas. Their service is always with a big smile. It's crazy because I've read past reviews where people say they are not friendly here. I think maybe 2 years ago I found that to be true too but no more. Crazy good.

First time going there and we were pleasantly surprised with the food. It was very fresh and quick service. The menu is a bit intimidating. The sign on the door breaks my heart as the location has definitely been impacted my unattended teens from the school. We will be back, likely to go

Pretty good Mexican style fast food. Bette than Taco Bell and del taco hands down. The flavor of their food is actually really good. It's not exactly home cooked in Mexico style that I'm use to, but is still good. The breakfast burrito I gif with bacon was delicious. The tortilla was good and soft. A bad tortilla can ruin a burrito. It was large and super filling. We got the float as as well. They are very big and easily packed with chicken about an inch or more around. Pretty thick. The customer service was great.

Food was really tasty and amazing. The service was terrible. I took 20 minutes to get drinks then a table got sat after us. Look at their food before us. It was a real bummer. Then we saw our waitress who was taking her sweet time taking shots behind the bar like come on.!!!

I've been a few times during the evenings and weekends and they have made some changes that has drastically improved the food quality. I'm happy to say that the changes made are noticed.

I love their machaca plate and street tacos. Staff are friendly and patient. Place is always clean.

We have tried giving this place a chance instead of our usual Cruz Tacos. We have ordered here the last few times for our Mexican food. Today I went in and ordered "shredded chicken taco" (it is a soft taco). when my order came out it was actually a street taco...big difference. when I took it to the counter to the girl, she looked at me and repeated my order to me and I said "yeah, so why did I get a street taco?" After her and another boy told me how I SHOULD have ordered it, I realized they know nothing about customer service. So if you order here make sure you say "hard shell taco with shredded chicken, but SOFT." I won't go back because thankfully they have a lot of competition. A small business that wants to bank on teenagers attitudes to customers is a hard pass for me. If the girl wanted to get my order right, she would've asked the right question rather than pick the word "soft" from my taco order and make it a street taco. The absurdity is that our first time eating their food, they gave my husband this soft taco instead of the street taco we had asked for. So they take no accountability and will watch you be confused and once you start leaving they then say "oh, but we can make you a new one." Nope.

Essie was amazing and very accommodating, I would 100% come back just to see her. The food was also very yummy.
