After shopping across the street at Stater Brothers on Limonite and Etiwanda we saw the Food Truck and decided to give it a try. Lately, there have been more Food Trucks parking on Limonite so the competition seems to be fierce!Any ways, we ordered carne asada tacos, chicken tacos, asada torta and chicken quesadilla. Tacos comes with jalenpeno, onions, cilantro and your choice of green or red hot sauce. Tacos were delicious, portion size was good, tortilla didn't fall apart, flavor and taste were on point. For me, the torta was toasted perfectly and meat to bread ratio was generous! My wife's quesadilla however, was a bit salty but flavor was there. Both sauces have a kick to them just enough to add that right amount of spice. Parking is limited and off the street but they have tables/chairs to sit, eat and run.
