I came here a few weeks ago to order a late dinner. I decided on the chicken bowl and it was good: chicken, rice, corn, cheese, avocado, etc. The pricing seems a bit high, but the food was good.

Went through the dive thru before my appointment in the plaza. Ordered a burrito no beans. NOBODY ELSE IN THE DRIVE THRU and nobody in the restaurant. Go park to eat, take 2 bites of my burrito....BEANS....Seriously you had ONE CUSTOMER and you couldn't even get it rightEDIT FOR UPDATE AFTER REACHING OUT - They did nothing. Offered me a $10 credit ONLY if I downloaded their app. Kick rocks El Pollo Loco. You are honestly LOCO if you think I'm going to download an app for a food place I rarely eat at for $10 considering you've already shown you fail.

The 12 piece chicken assortment I purchased last night looked like an archeological find, perhaps from the tomb of King Tutankhamen. Included were 4 wing fragments comprised of leathery skin clinging tightly to underlying bone. The poor chicken must have starved to death because there was no meat between the skin and bone. One mysterious piece appeared to be mostly backbone-with no meat attached. After a brief viewing of the mummified remains this morning we decided to give the poor bird a proper burial.Advice: If you purchase from this location be sure to view your order before you leave the restaurant.

Food was decent but the employee Maria was just constantly giving us attitude when I was just asking simple questions about some of their menu items and I would see her visibly rolling her eyes at me. I ordered a double chicken tostada and only got regular classic, when I told her about it she just looked at me without saying anything, grabbed my tostada and put a half a scoop of chicken. Overall just wasn't very pleasant.

Take out | Dinner | $50-100We've been here three times and each time they have told us they were out of either mixed chicken or chicken dinners in general. We ended up leaving all three times without ordering and will never go back. We were the only car in the Drive-Thru so it's not like they had a huge rush. Don't waste your time as a family going to this restaurant. We were just there again this evening and it's 6: 40 PM. It's not an odd hour. It's not outside dinner hours.
