El Pollo Loco

We ordered from El Pollo Loco for our luncheon, and it was a solid choice! They have a great selection of lunch boxes that are quite filling, making it easy to find something for everyone. I got the Chipotle Chicken Burrito--flavors were good, but the chicken was a bit dry. Still, for a fast food spot, it was decent and definitely convenient. Service was smooth, and everything was packed well. Overall, a reliable option for a quick and satisfying meal!

I ordered a chicken tostada salad. When I opened the salad to eat it, there were several pieces of wilted and bad quality lettuce. I understand this location gets busy, but staff should be able to see that the lettuce is wilted, not edible and should go in the trash instead of in a customers salad. Have some integrity when performing your job.

Excellent food and service! Will definitely come back, this is a great location I had a pollo bowl and quesadilla and it was delicious. Also very clean place and great atmosphere!

I had a long day stopped at this pollo loco for a late dinner. I ordered a chicken bowl pulled over to eat and there was barely any chicken in the bowl but worst part was that they gave me the burnt left over chicken of the night. This isn't ok the staff clearly can see what they're serving customers. And, the female employee at the window was really inattentive and did not provide me a fork for my food.

No stars if I could...Seriously I ordered a quesadilla and one whole half had absolutely nothing inside. I can't even go back since I'm on my lunch just paid for a tortilla.

I was there on February 7,2025 @ 3:53 pm, drive thru, ordered 2 meals each with chicken, pinto beans and Cole Slaw, my husband and I at the same time said to each other "the Cole Slaw sour" I called and asked for the manager the women said what can I help you with said she was, I told her about the slaw, I told her I was not asking for money back or replacement, I told her people may get sick, (I'm 65 I think I know when something has gone bad) she said let me go see, took her 6 seconds and said no it's not bad I tasted it, she said you know sometime cabbage starts mixed with the mayonnaise starts to smell like alcohol, ahhh I think that's your clue when it's bad lady, since she's so fixed on her decision i tried looking for a corporate number to call be nothing so here I am letting you all know she didn't care, the trip was bad from the beginning when the young man took my order, but that's a different story, I'm giving this store 0ne star because I have to give it something but because of the rudeness and I don't believe she didn't care a taste test like she said she did, never again goin to store #6012 Thank you Customer # 1497

This has got to be the worst El Pollo Loco. Too bad it's the closest to my house. They over cook their chicken. If it's done. Take it off the grill. It is over cooking and drying out. They can't even get corn and flour tortilla right. And I had to do another review. Once again burnt dry chicken. And they added decoration this time. Long hair. It's disappointing as it's limited places you can eat that's healthy. And this is the service you get. Please can we get someone that knows how not to overcook chicken. And someone that knows that the chicken isn't acceptable to service. Cost too much to be going through this. And waste of time and gas going back. Please help this location. Horrible customer service. They don't care. If they did. They wouldn't service that crap.

Always good and accommodating! There are a lot of chicken places around but the sides at EPL are great too!

Manager Ms KimberlyThis place need to be visited by the Health Department. The Counters where very nasty filled with remains of other plates previously prepared throughout the days before. The Floors are extremely dirty. At the food pick-up counter their was a bucket of cleaning water with detergent in it just sitting on the counter. Nobody cleaning. Staff standing around conversating.. I asked the manager Kimberly to speak with me privately at the side of counter so I could explain to her that she in danger of being reported to the health department do too the un- clean conditions.She explained that she did not have proper tools to slice avocados according to advertised picture.

This is the first review I've ever left in my life. I've never understood why people leave reviews, but I get it now. I've quite literally never had a good experience when I step into the building for an order. The drive thru experience is no issue, but wow is it hard to have a pleasant experience dining in. Employees stand around like zombies waiting for any type of instruction, or guidance. Nobody sees you at the counter clearly looking for assistance. When the kiosks they insist you order from have any sort of issue, the employees make you feel stupid when helping you, and they look at you like some sort of idiot for having issues with the kiosk. It's extremely time consuming on top of all of the nonsense, and it's never clean lol. I guess it's my own fault I keep coming in thinking things will change. Go at your discretion, or if you have all day to spare.
