I have been coming here a lot more often now for my work. The boss likes the chicken tortilla soup I can say that now that I'm coming inside, I feel like they're working hard and they are definitely keeping me happyI dumped her soup one day on my way back to the office and they made it right. I'm here today just for myself and I realized that they have turned my opinion around a lot, thankfully! I don't like driving down to the other location lolService is so much better and one newer cashier even recognized me! I like the inside even though I almost never eat here, I will be today. Outside tables would great if clean but ,I'm going to sit outside.

This location is one of the good ones . Clean friendly and quick . I'm go out of my way from my local pollo loco down the hill to this location . The Service and Staff are friendly and Carmen is willing to address your concerns promptly. It's always a pleasure to dine here with family .

I want to give a shout out to all the staff at this restaurant. I come here frequently and am always treated with respect and prompt service from everyone whether going inside or using the drive thru. They are very organized here and ask you questions about your order and go over everything to make sure it's correct. It's very clean inside too and the salsa bar is clean as well as the drink areaAlso since I usually use the drive thru a special shout out to the amazing and efficient Jennifer. She is so personable and friendly and efficient, makes you feel like your order is the most important thing in the world , and for me that's wonderful. I work hard long shifts and my order is important as I can't just go back if it isn't right.

I stopped by for lunch today and I got a double chicken tostada salad when I got home I opened the cilantro dressing and it smelled off but I'm like okay must be hormones since I am expecting but NOOOO the dressing started bubbling and the bubbles would pop and new ones would create. I visited this location expecting quick service, but unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. They didn't have any chicken ready, which is surprising for a fast food place. Why wouldn't they prepare one of their main items in advance?While waiting for my order, I saw three other families come in and leave after being told there was no chicken ready either. It felt like this place doesn't care about retaining customers.To make matters worse, the staff laughed after informing people that there was no food ready. This level of unprofessionalism made the situation even more frustrating.This is the first time I've had such a bad experience here, but it was enough to leave a lasting impression. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Don't come here on November 29th the slowest day of the year when the small man working the drive thru is clocked in at 8:30, I requested extra green salsa and he had an attitude with me and only gave me 3, I didn't wanna ask again cause I had asked twice, once in the drive thru order and second time was at the window where he could care less. I'm sorry you're working the day after thanksgiving but if I'm paying $40 for a meal I want my extra green salsa and whatever I request shouldn't be an issue because you don't care enough. It's always a hit a or miss with the workers here.
