I ordered off the 5 dollar meal deals.My chicken burrito was very hot and fresh.I'll be back for sure.

El Pollo is a favorite and food is always great, but tonight I had a pretty disappointing visit. Got food through the drive thru and I think it would be nice for server to ask in the future if customer have a rewards program, so people can enjoy the rewards and get to come back. She took my credit card and I showed my rewards: birthday discount and discounted chicken burrito but she said she charged me already and don't want to cancel it and do it again. Staff also did not ask to scan my rewards on app so I can earn points:(( knowing that I can't add points after the fact now. So the chicken burrito reward expires today, and hopefully I get to enjoy my $5 birthday if I go back before it expires ( we don't eat chicken everyday). El Pollo afterall is not cheap at all. I just felt there was Just no consideration. The lady just said she can't do anything and cannot cancel and start all over again, unless I go in ( not with kids in the car). So just not my day , I guess. Update: I did email the website but have not heard from them.

Still one of the best Pollos around the area. I'm only in the area like 2x out of the year and is the only one I go to because of the speed of service, cleanliness, and all the Smiles. My Tostada salad is always super delicious and never a mistake.

Every time I come here I get greeted by a smile and feel like my business is appreciated. The food is delicious, and the chicken is juicy crunchy on the outside. Inside the restaurant is clean and the service speed is fast

This location is conveniently located right off the 215 fwy east of Nuevo exit next to Sizzler with drive-thru and plenty of parking since it's in a shopping center. I've stopped here several times as I pass by and have always been satisfied with their service specifically because they always get my order right which is not common in my experience with other restaurants. Staff is friendly and very efficient specially during rush/lunch time in drive-thru. I tried their 'Grande Avocado Chicken Bowl' and tasted really good with fresh ingredients and perfectly grilled chicken. Overall I'm happy with this location and will definitely stop by again when I'm nearby.

Never order the guacamole they always recommend, I should have gone to chipotles I spent 5 buck on a small side of guac. Pathetic quality as well the salsa is always watered down

I typically enjoy this location. While waiting for my food I noticed several delivery drivers pick up food. The workers from El Pollo Loco kept telling the delivery drivers to pour the fountain drinks for their orders. The delivery drivers didn't wash their hands. I know I would not want a driver serving my drinks for my order if I asked for delivery.

I like the food and the people work there but I don't like to do my order be the computer cuz for the people can't use is very difficult

The food was delicious my chicken was juicy and crispy at the same time. The cashier was very friendly. And the service was very fast . The restaurant was clean also the restroom.

The food is good, typical of Pollo loco. You would swear the cashiers puppy just died. she's so. "Whatever!" The service is slow as molasses. It is evident that this is a terrible place to work. Completely void of happiness - you can you feel it right away.Just Sad!
