We're a big fan of El Pollo Loco's double tostada salad bowl so we were excited to try the new chicken and baja shrimp tostada bowl. The flavors were really good, but I expected a larger portion considering that's what I'm used to at other locations. The shrimp had really nice flavor and I love the char on the chicken; it can be a little dry but that's actually how I like my protein. Salad and avocados were fresh too which I appreciate because other locations sometimes give you unripe avocados or overly-ripe avocados. We also ordered a regular guacamole on the side but I think they gave us a small. Other locations also usually give you a bag of chips on the side, but we didn't get it for this order. Their dressing was also darker and one-colored compared to other spots; it's usually lighter with speckles of green so you can see the cilantro mixed in with the creamy dressing so maybe they over-blended it this time. Keep in mind we order pretty late too like around 9 pm so I'm more understanding of the mistakes. Overall, the bowl has really good flavor and I'd order from here again; it's not the best El Pollo Loco I've been to but pretty solid and nearby my place.

I love the service I received from this location. I went through the drive-thru and had a very complicated order as I was ordering for my staff. The gentleman that helped me with in the drive-thru was friendly. He was patient as I went through my order to make sure I got it right because I didn't want to have to come back. I would recommend this location to anyone. Especially if you are like me, that does not order simple! Enjoy Did I mention my salad was soo fresh and yummy

Just moved to moval today , after a long day of moving. It was time to feed my family so went through drive thru first thing I asked for was a 3 piece white, the guy says sry we are out of white at the moment. So I said ok lemme get double chicken bowl a burrito and some tacos anyways I get my food a proceed home to feed the family kids say to me it's nasty.... So I look their tacos are burnt so I look at my burrito meat is burnt so bad I can crush it with my finger .....my girl looks at hers and says I know your gonna take this back....... This place needs better staff and management (training) when I went back others were returning their food aswell

Ordered a double chicken salad bowl and got one scoop of chicken because staff is too short and didn't want to prep me any fresh new chicken. I ordered a small sprite and they insisted on me doing the combo for the price benefit. I get down the street and turn around because the sprite taste exactly like water. I go back to get a different drink and the coke dispenses clear. I let two different people know and they got flustered because of the lunch rush. Instead of changing it out I was told they're all out of sprite and coke and anything else. No refund was offered for the drink that they didn't happen to carry at the moment after I had already paid.... Poor management!
