El Pollo Loco

Good food. Average service from workers but all well. I did online pick up so it wasn't too insane inside.

I usually like coming to this location but this is the 3rd time in a row something isn't okay with my food. Literally there were like 2 pieces of chicken from my son's taco & my bowl that were not burnt- I'm not sure how this would be enjoyable

Drive Thru employee was great, the young man that brought the food out to us was friendly. Here is the bad part, food was dry and chicken skin and the meat was beef Jerky like. For making us wait at the curbside pick up after paying I didn't mind because I figured the food would be fresh. But the food seemed reheated & that's what gave it the beef Jerky texture. We spent $49.75 and the chicken actually hurt our teeth. The 3 sides were fine. We ordered 4 churros and 2 churros had no sugar.

The Menu and the interior look fine in El Pollo Loco. The Employees working there and providing services, reflect the stupidity of the United States, if not, the failures of Fastfood. I asked of a quesadilla coupon, free drink and chips and salsa with the new stuffed quesadillas. employ's response was 'its not on the photo of the coupon, employee didn't even understand their own menu. I asked them about the shredded beef version, and yet, 'it's does not appear. Therefore the coupon in invalid? These employees doesn't deserve $20 an hour/ most of the time they ignore the customers trying to order or spit in drive thru orders and play tricks thru the speaker on are you sure that is what you want...

By far my favorite pollo loco location! The food is always fresh, everything clean and staff is super friendly.

I appreciate how clean the store was. The service was very friendly, amazing prices, and the food came out quickly and tasted great.

When we first moved out here in 2021, this place didn't fail me. But then I don't know what happened. Change in management or what this place was awful. They would shut down the drive-through lane at random hours, they kept getting my food wrong all the time chicken was burnt Not to mention this shopping center is completely unsafe and super sketchy. I stopped coming here.

Great service everybody is really nice especially Summer she is very helpful and very kind. Best service ever
