great food and great people. i recommend this place to all who pass by el Cerrito. The ribs are soooooo good. Brisket is te der and juicy. Chicken is well seasoned and moist. Will be back soon to feed the family again!

The team is Crushing it. On Point brisket, pulled pork, Tri tip and More. The sides are Spectacular and the crew want to bless you with a full and satisfied tummy. Check the calendar & get there early before they sell out. Bamm!!

I discovered this truck at the community trunk or treat last month and tried their food. My husband LOVES bbq, and me I'm not crazy about it... but let me tell you, this food is the real deal, I've been talking about it since eating it. Their meat is so flavorful and tender, their Mac and cheese is chefs kiss. A must try!

These guys are amazing & so accommodating. Added bonus... The food is always phenomenal!!!! We've made a point to go to Norco Brewery when we know they'll be there.

Five stars across the board, my girl friend and I enjoyed the mouth watering half pound of lean brisket, the flavorful corn, and savory Mac and cheese. It was hands down a ten out of ten, from the customer service to the food. Enjoy!

Tried out El Guero y Flaca's bbq at Norco's brewery and it was tasty! They do a Latin fusion of Cuban & Mexican flavors on their bbq which is unique. It's a husband and wife duo and they do pop ups there every other week. But to know for sure, you should follow them on Instagram @elgueroylaflaca to make sure they are there. I had their brisket, tri-tip, chicken, cafecito spare ribs, lechon (Cuban style pulled pork), and jalapeño cheddar links. For the sides I got their street corn, habanero cole slaw, mac n cheese, and bbq bacon beans. And I got to try their banana pudding for dessert, so yummy! My favorites were the spare ribs, tri-tip, and all the sides. They are so friendly and you can tell they are passionate about the food they make. They also make bbq sandwiches. That's on my list to try out next time. Happy there are more bbq spots popping up in the Inland Empire. Definitely check them out if you're craving some good BBQ!

I really love their barbecue, big plus was that they were at the brewery in Norco. i'm just mad that I didn't take a picture of the platter that we got last week! I didn't know they had a yelp! Til today! This is my 2nd time trying it a week apart! For sure today I will take a picture of the tray when I go. they are going to be at Evans brewery and definitely DEFINITELY will take a picture of the tray and everything else I get when I get it. I will add those pictures!!!!!

They have the best BBQ! Great communication, really worked with us for my son's birthday. Food was on time, had no issues at all!
