El Chivito Birrieria

I was doing errands in this shopping center and this little place caught my eye, I am a big fan of birria de chivo and being new in the area, I decided to give them a try.As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the staff, service was very nice, the place is clean, they have music playing but loud enough for it to be enjoyed, prices are good but the authentication of the birria and consome was on point, everything birria de chivo should taste like. I will definitely be bringing my husband to taste their pozole

Brought our suegra for breakfast. The food overall was delicious. the birria just needed a little salt. The service was ok but could be better- could be that it was busy. The ambiance was great- the volume of the music was perfect not too low and not too high. Plenty of parking. We shall return.

Feels like you're eating in your Mexican mothers kitchen. Establishment is so clean and adorably decorated. Food is absolutely delicious and you can pass on carbs if you like and eat a delicious meal, I skipped on hand made tortillas... girl has to watch her figure

Wow... best Birria in town. Las tortillas are hand made comes with consomé. The Chilaquiles are my Favorite!!! With a Michelada The staff is very friendly.They recommend flan casero and cafe de olla bomb. This place is cozy very clean.

The is by far the BEST birria I've tasted!!! It's delicious and served with all the sides and homemade corn tortillas that are big in size the service here is amazing they are very welcoming and very attentive! The ambiance is amazing very nice family oriented and super clean!!! Thank you very much for your attention Esperanza oh and the micheladas are bomb
