El Chivito Birrieria

Our server last night was very nice and accommodating. The food was absolutely amazing. The tacos dorados were my favorite aside from the home made tortillas omg so good! I just moved here from Chicago, I think I just found my new spot for birria.

The best birreria around. This place was recommended by a friend. Run don't walk as this will be your next to go food spot. Hand made tortillas and delicious aguas. I will definitely be back

Absolutely delicious. Really reminds me of the birria we get in Aguascalientes and Zacatecas. The cafe de olla is to die for. I've gone just for that. The salsa is perfectly spicy and the consomé is so flavorful. I've had the birria en caldo, tacos dorados, and the burrito y wow! I wish they had rice but still good.

Amazing food! The birria goes amazingly well with the chilaquiles. Plan for takeout if you don't have time to wait. Small spot and seems very busy. We got lucky when we went. Finally, a spot outside of LA with good food! Way to go Corona!

Delicious goat Birria that isn't overly gamey. Love that they make fresh tortillas for you on the spot. Restaurant is clean and there is a sink for hand washing (but doesn't look like there is a bathroom). Service was friendly. There is picnic bench style seating inside, and one table outside right in front of the shop. I had the horchata which was the way I like it: not overly thick, on the watery side. Notes: the menu is in Spanish only. I was able to ask questions in English with the nice woman behind the counter. To go: I got mine to go and everything was packaged nicely. They wrapped the consommé in extra shrink wrap to keep it from spilling.

Delicious birria! Love the taco options too. Wait times vary. Staff is professional and kind.

The dorado tacos were out of this world!! Seriously- on my list of top tacos I've ever eaten. The staff was very warm and welcoming. The agua frescos so refreshing. I will definitely be back!!

Today was our first time eating here and OMG!!! Best food and service. We wanted to try the Pistolita but they were out by the time we got there at around 11am, which can only mean it's that good. We ordered the Surtido, chilaquiles, and tacos dorados. It was all brought for my husband and Into share. PERFECTION! I can't forget to mention the cafe de olla... really hit home!! The service provided to us was also so great! AMAZING experience overall

Tacos were good. My fiancé brought me here cause I don't really like birria but I was happy. The servers were nice and the place was clean.

Always friendly and very fresh. Place is nice and clean. Great food. I don't think the reviews where people got sick were honest but hey who knows. From the taste if the food it's always fresh. Been here a number of times.
