Einstein Bros. Bagels

They have a nice assortment of bagels. You get two containers of cream cheese with a baker's dozen. The staff are nice and help each other out.

I had the plain bagel with the onion and chives smear and it was good. I also had a lemonade which was delicious. Service was friendly. I wish they had seating inside the store .

food was okay but a ridiculous wait . for a plain bagel with cream cheese on the side.Also no place to sit and eat your bagel.

Food was good but they can't get the order right. I ordered 3 types of one sandwich and 2 of another and they couldn't get it right. Also I tried calling them and they don't answer the phone. If you're going to expand from San Diego maintain the quality the company is known for.

Food was delicious Service was very friendly in explaining toppings and coffee options as it's been 10 years since I've visited this place from my original home town. The restaurant was also very clean and organized. I even got a complimentary signature bottle as a part of my visit. Big shoutout and thanks to Ada Aaliyah!

Worst service, ever!!! Over 30 minutes and they didn't even have the bagel I ordered. They told me I had to wait another 9 minutes for the bagel to come out. I asked for a refund. Ridiculous service. They had 4 or 5 people standing around going back and forth but the orders took forever to come out. Train your employees better have a manager that can manager and do better inventory.

Bagels are hard and dry. First time customer and last time customer. They appeared to be several days old.

I have lived in Perris for over 25 years and I am always excited to see new businesses come into the city. However, I was highly disappointed in the service at Einstein. A day after their grand opening and the workers seemed burnt out, no energy, not welcoming, nor helpful even after being told they had "First Timers" to an Einstein restaurant. I've been in Customer Service for over 17 years and have my own business. I know how important it is to make customers feel valued and welcome. The pressure for the team to strive for a welcoming ambiance is crucial, especially being next door to a Star bucks who sales similar items with a system with great customer service. I am rooting for the team to turn it around and survive. Food was ok, but I had a basic plain bagel with honey almond shmear. I felt rushed ordering, even though it was only 3 customers who had already ordered before me. Willing to give them another try for something more like a bagel sandwich. Hopefully the staff are happier on my next visit.
