Dutch Bros Coffee

Ordered the Kicker hot on 1/26/25. Service was quick for ordering by walking up even though there were a lot of cars in the drive thru. It is an expresso and Irish cream Breve. The drink was really good. It wasn't overly sweet and decently priced for a hot drink. I would definitely order again. Nice to have a coffee after going to Texas Roadhouse which is in the same lot.

I never leave reviews. But today was such a horrible experience that I felt the need to. I am an avid Dutch lover, been going to Dutch since before we had any in SoCal! Anytime I visited family up in Fresno I always stopped and got my OG gummi bear when getting into and leaving town. Today on my lunch decided to grab a drink, ordered like normal, then asked if they still had stickers. The employee told me no(with the most annoyed voice ever) but ok no harm it happens. But while waiting for my drink I see the other employee who is taking orders give out stickers. When I approached the window I asked about it. And he proceed to again tell me no. I explained that I saw the employee who did not originally take my order give them out. He says I should have gotten into her line instead. He explained that I can go back in line and order another drink and hope I get her to take my order for me to get a sticker. I know it's sticker but the amount of rudeness and attitude was unbelievable. There are groups on Facebook and IG specifically about these sticker drops, so it's not a private thing. So for both employees to be annoyed about me asking put me off quite a bit. Hopefully this Dutch comes up with a better plan for stickers or at least some plan to give it to those who ask.

So the first time I ever had Dutch bros I didn't like it at all. I thought it tasted like sugar water. So I decided to try it again. I ordered the seasonal peppermint mocha iced and asked for HALF sweetened. It was delicious!!! I think I didn't like it the first time because it's just way too sweet. So definitely ask for half sweetened because even that is on the sweeter side. They also have sugar free options. My husband ordered the popular golden eagle half sweetened and it was okay. I personally wouldn't order it. Fast drive thru service with really friendly staff

Great service. The guy who gave us our drinks was really nice and had amazing customer service! Loved the protein iced coffee! I also got the chocolate chip muffin too.

Thisbdrivebthrubwas so long, I don't kniwnwhy I just didn't walk my lazy a** to the window. When it was my turn, I just told the girl my name and she went inside to get my drink. First thing I thought, "Damn, I'm still stuck in this line". But they had a exit lane on the far left for through traffic...very bright idea to have!

I'm speaking about drive thru experience only.Great people !Delicious coffee!Quick service! Very organized and generally always busy!Love their variety of menu options. Iced or hot coffee, you can make your favorite coffee here! Anywhere from a classic black coffee to a crazy combinations (there is a lot of TikTok videos on this!) Coffee was ok I don't see the big deal , it wasn't strong enough like Starbucks , was perfect in sweetness not to sweet
