The service here is always so nice!! The people are always so friendly and accommodating to our orders !! Ruben specifically was very sweet to us on our Dutch bros run, definitely recommend !!!

First Time at a Dutch brothers in Cali. There are two lines to queue up in which makes it move quickly. The broristas are very personable and welcoming. She made suggestions and walked us through the menu. The vibes are chill. Clean lines and plenty of employees to help. Ordered 3 drinks on 11/8/2024. Took 20 mins for us to get through the drive thru. Busy time not the end of the world. Ordered 2 golden eagles, first golden eagle and lemonade were good, but the strawberry soft top on our 2nd golden eagle was just pathetic. I'm not even sure how you create this glob of pink and then slap it on top of the drink. Probably just an accident but disappointed nonetheless. Poor effort for an $8 drink.

i did a mobile order around 230pm, so my cousin and i drove there around 15 minutes, there wasnt any sign that says mobile orders or people that're ordering cuz there's only 1 line (on the right side of the window)... and there were actually 4 people ahead of us, if we only knew the mobile orders are to the left side from the window, we would've checked in, instead our orders werent even made!! so what was the mobile order for?? they need to learn the strategy of in-n-out.. and goodness the line is crazy!! i did came here around 9am and there was no line, i guess you just gotta go early. but overall, i like my cookie butter latte with oatmilk!

Can't say for the bakery items but the service was good still. Ambiance was chill considering it was a rainy Wednesday AM. The drink was good though

The friendliest employees work here. We visit Dutch Bros about once a week and are always greeted with smiles and enthusiasm. Great job to the employees and the organization. Drinks are always consistent and tasty. Fabulous iced chai lattes! Get a little caramel drizzle on top.

Ruben, was awesome! The bestest service ever! Would make the drive just to have him again. Thank you for great service.

Great Service, every time I come by with the family and Ruben takes our order is always Great service and has a great sense of humor. My kids always get a laugh out of it. Rubén keep up the good work.
