Dutch Bros Coffee

When I discovered that there was a Dutch Brothers in Lake Elsinore, I knew I had to swing by as it's one of the closer ones to me. It's located near diamond Drive, which is the exit you would take if you were on the 15! It's in the shopping center that is across from the Stater Brothers shopping center on Mission Trail.I ordered a banana split Dutch freeze, which is my favorite and is always spot on! As always, the employees at Dutch Brothers are always incredibly friendly and helpful if you have any questions. Service is quick, drinks are great and the area around is well kept and clean! Two thumbs up for this DB location!

Love Dutch Bros!Came here on Black Friday to get the ornament cookie cutter. It was a slightly long line but nothing too out of the ordinary. The broistas were super friendly and nice like always. They asked us how our day was going, checked in with us, and even had some laughs.I got the ornament so it was a win win. Only negative was their gingerbread drink/eggnog drink didn't come with milk substitute

I downloaded the app last year after they opened. This year I was sent a free drink for my birthday month. I ordered the iced green tea with honey for myself and my husband. I don't know what was wrong with the honey but it had the most disgusting smell and taste. It completely ruined a perfectly good green tea. So definitely do NOT add honey to ANY drink. I doctored mine up with lemonade which made it tolerable but not great. I have not tried any of their coffees so I can't speak to that. The drive thru was backed up into the parking lot which has been my experience three times now. I left the past two times. Order via app and choose walk up to window for pickup. It is a cute place and the employees were very friendly. The cup is super festive. It is a well run and efficient business. I didn't wait long at all for my drinks. I watched the Dutch Bros on Undercover Boss and was beyond impressed with how they run their business and treated their employees. For that reason, I will be going back to try the various coffees. I'm not letting one nasty drink (ruined by honey) stop me. So I may upgrade the start status after another visit.

First time visit and a 10 star experience for sure! I was not aware that it wasn't a walk in establishment, just a drive thru and walk up window to order. We downloaded their mobile app and took advantage of their free medium drink, the app unfortunately and also confirmed by your brorista, that customizations are very limited as I couldn't create the specific drink I was looking for. So I walked up to the window and they took my order and gave me something truly magical in return. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed both of our drinks and can't wait to go back to try new things as the drink menu is extensive. I just wish they had more to offer in snacks/food.

Dutch Bros FTW!!! Do yourself a favor and come try one. Of the millions of combos of flavored coffees and teas here. Everybody that works at Dutch Brothers are legit Some of the happiest people I know in the food industry.. always great service with a smile. I am not a huge fan of sweet coffee but I do like it creamy.. one of my favorite go-to's is the vanilla protein latte, light ice. Low calorie and a lot of protein and super tasty with just a little sweetness in it. Don't let super long drive-thru lines phase you and turn you away... I've been in a line that looks like it's 50 cars long and and ended up taking me less than 15 minutes.New stickers come out every month, but you need to be there the first day of the month usually to get them because they're gone before you know it. Always fun stuff for the kids.

I've been back 2 times since my last review. I will say that Dutch Bros Corporate food reach out to me after my 3 star review of this particular DB. They did also make things right by giving me a e- gift card. Kudos to a Dutch Bros for this. I will say my return visits have been much better. This last time, the walk up counter staff were much friendlier and helpful. She even reminded me that I had a reward to use. I got the sugar free/ lower fat Golden Eagle iced coffee with %25 ice. It was pretty good!! I will try the annihilator sugar free next time. Thank you Dutch Bros!

Great drinks. Great service. Didn't stay but everyone was nice and efficient. Place was clean.

4/29/24. I've noticed that not all Dutch Bros are equal outside of Las Vegas. Don't get me wrong, the customer service is always superb, but the coffees have been mostly a miss than a hit. Unfortunately, the coffee at this location is off.4/28/24. Large Annihilator ($6.55): robust coffee flavor that gives an instant caffeine kick! The creaminess is on point, but the flavor is off and needs more sweetness, 3/5 stars.I will give them another chance. Thus, an update will be provided sooner than later.

Who doesn't love Dutch Bros?! I know I do! Thanks to Duke Eric F., I found out that this Starbies rival was coming into the Elsinore area a few weeks ago. Coffee lovers, rejoice!!I find it hilarious that almost all the locations I've been to are near a Starbies. This one in Lake Elsinore is no different. It's situated at the far end of the parking lot of Pins 'n Pockets. They have a double drive-thru like most other locations, and the service is pretty fast. They have a small menu at the actual drive-thru, but if you download the app, you'll discover way more, and you earn points for every order. Sometimes, they offer bonus points that get you freebie drinks even faster. I already have mine, so yayyyy!! I used to frequent DB a lot whenever I was in the Sacramento area. Happy to have them in this neck of the woods. The employees are on it! They're enthusiastic, organized, and very friendly. The line hasn't been bad at all both times I've gone, but I would still avoid peak times like weekends. They also offer a nice sized patio area here if you want to chill with some friends or fam. Pricing and variety are competitive, and I am loving the Salted Caramel Protein drink right now. They should keep it on the menu! Try it now before it disappears! ;)

If you're looking for a great place to grab a drive through coffee then look no further than Dutch Bros Coffee. The coffee is great and they have fun seasonal drinks. The ambiance is totally drive through and chill. However the service is what wins me over the every time. Their employees are always so sweet, kind, laid back and ready to be an assistance.
