me and my wife stop here every time on our way to la and are always very pleased with the service and our drinks. this last stop was on our way to disneyland and i got a cinnamon swirl chai and it was so delicious. i had a bit of a sore throat that day and somehow the chai kinda helped it

First time coming back here in months. We stopped coming weekly because the line was always too long or even when it wasn't that long it would still take 40+ minutes in the drive thru. We were excited to have Dutch Bros again and to our surprise there was almost no wait. We ordered a small chocolate covered strawberry iced mocha, and a medium cinnamon swirl protein iced latte. We pulled up to the window as they started making our drinks and I gotta say I don't see the point in ordering a medium because the only thing extra I saw was milk and ice. They make the drinks in a plastic container first before they pour it into your cup, and they put so much ice in my cup that the leftover ingredients from my drink was just dumped down the drain and all I could think was there goes my caffeine and protein. Why couldn't I just have less ice? I come for the coffee not the ice. Other coffee spots offer you the extra in a separate cup. Then after they put the lids on, they wiped my lid with some rag that was used for wiping down who knows what else. It looked like a soggy wet junk rag with all kinds of goop on it. They handed us our drinks and the chocolate strawberry mocha drink was supposed to have sprinkles on top so I asked about it. I was rudely told that they were out and they were actually out of sprinkles for days. As if I was supposed to know that. Usually when they're out of an ingredient at any other type of food or beverage place, they let you know ahead of time and ask if that's OK. So our experience wasn't great. The coffee was pretty good but I couldn't help thinking that I just paid for ice and milk.

First ever time visiting yesterday after hearing so many raving reviews from friends and family. Let's just say I was horribly disappointed. I expected so much more flavor from this place. The staff were nice and the drive through line was quick, so no complaints there. However, I got a banana cream pie shake and it was advertised to have banana and white chocolate. I did not taste the white chocolate at all. My mom got an Aquaberry lemonade blended, and she said it tasted only of lemonade and medicine. I spent a long time looking through the online website trying to decide on what to pick, and got very frustrated at the fact that the ingredients are not listed entirely. The menu does not tell you each flavor is a syrup, I had to do my own investigating. I personally have experience at a similar business, and our menu is 100% transparent. I wish Dutch Bros would do the same. In all honesty, I do not seeing myself ever going back.

I've had Dutch bros in AZ was amazing the one at this location really sucked...I came and waited for 45 mins long.. not only that my coffee just tasted like milk not even any coffee. ( I got the cookie butter) I also got a cold brew with just sweetener for my father he said it just tasted like water..Really big disappointment here. I'd probably never come back here again.

I can't rave about Dutch bros enough and I wish there were more locations closer to LA. I tend to drive to palm springs a few times a month for my moms doctors apt and I have to stop by for a fun drink from Dutch. The employees are always super fun to talk to and very good personalities you can tell they really like working there. I hope thats true. My go to drink from Dutch when im not in a coffee mood is the OG Gmmy bear with a sugar free rebel and soft top. My go to coffee order is a sugar free golden eagle no caramel drizzle with protein milk. so so good. Most of the locations don't have any seating indoor or outdoors but you can always see people hanging out outside enjoying their drinks.

I happen to be in Beaumont so I had to drop by Dutch Bros. They weren't very busy on a Wednesday morning around 9a.m. There were 2 cars ahead of me. I was helped right away. I got the Seasonal Hazelnut Toffee Mocha sugar free with 2% milk. The person at the window was fabulous. I wish I got her name. She was super friendly, the Dutch Bros way. My drink was just right. I am surprised that for sugar free, it was still sweet. I loved it. Great Dutch Bros!

I absolutely love coming in the mornings to grab mine and my daughters favorite drinks ! Omar is ALWAYS so attentive to my cravings and surprises me with alternative drinks everytime ! Wait time was less and 3 minutes . Always in a great mood and never in a hurry to serve me a watered down coffee or extremely sweet drink highly recommended this location :)

Cleanliness 4Cost 3Cuisine 3Customer Service 4Just tried this location recently. It is only a drive thru. I am not a coffee drinker. I really like drinks with Hazelnut. They had a "shake" type of drink with white chocolate. The only thing I tasted was the white chocolate; i even asked for extra hazelnut and still didn't taste it. I will try this place again one day but just to try out the types of shakes they have.

Omar is my fav employee- I come here every morning and he is always friendly with so much energy and this makes my experience so much greater than Starbucks. Hence, why I come every morning .. of course on top of a great tasting golden eagle (:

I've been to Dutch Bros before... I wasn't keen on it. I know lots of people like it, however, I think the customization (although great) can be overwhelming and the menu, to me, is extensive. It makes ordering difficult because there are so many options, especially for a newcomer. When I went to the one in Eastvale, the line was ridiculously long, but it had just opened and it's clearly apparent, people love it. I just didn't like what I ordered. Fast forward, my sister went and she raved about the Golden Eagle. I was definitely influenced and when I yelped one in the area, it was fairly nearby. I knew we had to give it a try. It was definitely better than my first initial visit but I didn't think it was as amazing as my sister led it to be.Service was great. It was easy breezy and I do think you get a lot for what you pay for.
