Dunkin'

I ordered for the Valentines Day special edition. The line inside was super long so I jumped in my car to go through drive thru but it was wrapped around the building as well. This location takes way too long to get orders out and get them out accurately I ordered the donut holes and they weren't fresh at all. The Valentine's Day donuts were just OK but they could've been fresher as well. Overall Customer Service here is horrible. Their drive thru sign has been broken for a year. They don't apologize to customers for being slow and they need to improve.

The service here used to be so fast & the workers were always very sweet. Recently there's been such a huge difference. It took 35 minutes to get one refresher in the drive thru and made me late to my appointment. It's been 2 times where I pay for my drink online and get to the store 20 minutes later and my order is still not ready making me leave and head to work without my drink. I have paid for 2 drinks and never have picked them up or gotten them. Maybe they need more workers because it's unbelievable how long they take for my order. So disappointing

I just moved back to Moreno Valley from Hemet and omg I can't tell you how I miss them. This location is rude!!! I usually order online and I learned my lesson because it never comes out right. I started ordering at the drive thru and the same thing. I truly believe these people make your coffee how they want to they don't care how many creams or sweeteners you add they do what they want to do. Don't go here guys it's a huge disappointment and a waste of money!!

New Dunkin' Donuts in Moreno Valley! The location is really nice as it was remodeled for the new store. There is ample parking in the front and this location also has a drive through. I used the drive through to order and the process was really fast. I liked that it had an order screen so you can see what is being ordered and it tells you the price as well. The cashier was really nice and gave me an overview of the donuts as I haven't been to the store often. Overall the service was good and I received really quick service. I ordered a few donuts which were all very good, very airy and soft, if you like more dense or cake-like donuts, I would look somewhere else. All in all, it was a good experience and what I would expect from a Dunkin'.

One of the newest businesses in Moval!I'm not too much of a Dunkin' person, but I decided to stop by since they just opened up. I love that they have a drive through. If you decide to stop in, there is enough parking so it shouldn't be a problem. I got a regular maple bar and a cold brew with sweet cold foam.Maple bar: The maple bar was good. It was the perfect amount of sweet, but I do wish it was a little more fluffy. Cold brew with sweet cold foam: I decided to get this because I usually gravitate towards the vanilla cold brew from Starbucks. The first sip was pretty good with the foam, but after that it was blah. I probably wouldn't get this next time since I prefer the one from Starbucks over this. The drive through took about five minutes to get through. The service was nothing special, just an in and out type of thing. Overall, I would probably visit mostly for the donuts. I do like how they have bakery items since that's not something you'd see at Krispy Kreme. I'll be back to try the Matcha latte though.

10/10 visit. Fast service. Had everything (which I cannot say for the Dunkin in riverside) they had the bagel bites I can never get my hands on. Drinks were yummy. The worker was super kind and helped us pretty quickly even with the long line. Better and cheaper than st**bucks.

The coffee is not good. I tried different drinks and each time they were not good. I've tried non coffee drinks and they also were not great. Either the flavors have a weird aftertaste or the coffee tastes watery. The donuts are hit and miss. I'm fairly sure that they don't make them fresh because I've had a a couple that tasted like freezer. The staff is always pleasant but the coffee is not at all good. Their breakfast sandwiches are good.

Great place to get fresh Hot Donuts especially early in the morning every morning is made fresh and just a pleasure to enjoy.

This location absolutely sucks !!! They tried to charge me for a water cup , and when I asked for a size down so the water could be free , the Mexican girl got an attitude with me !! And rolled her eyes !! Also the last time I came here I ordered matcha , and the black girl in the front was also rude asfc , won't be returning !!!!!

The service here is always terrible. I try to give them a chance every single time because I love Dunkin' Donuts however, my coffee is never right this morning. I ordered a breakfast sandwich just to be told it's not ready yet and then to come back in five minutes later to find out, they don't even have the croissant sandwich, I explained to her she could tell that I was frustrated when she offered a refund that I should've been told in the first place that they were out of the breakfast sandwich not over 10 minutes later and over 15 minutes past my mobile order time. This place is a joke and the employees are again nothing but lazy.
