Dunkin'

Fruit is so good but they made our drink wrong four times food is good service was ehh ambulance was good. All the tables were clean this afternoon

I used the app to put in a pretty big order for a morning breakfast. About 12 sandwiches, lots of bagels and donuts, and of course snacking bacon (which I guess is a thing?!?). My order was ready right on time without any mistakes. Which is just about as perfect as can get! I was a little sad that they packaged it by putting a bunch of items into each bag... making it all a little squished. Still not a huge deal. They weren't over or under friendly. But they did answer my question about where to get the drinks I ordered. If they are bottled drinks you have to get them yourself from the cooler in the line area. I used a leftover bag from my car to carry everything and not squish it further. So, all and all, I'd definitely come here again for a quick and easy breakfast order. It's really nice that you can use the app. Not that I ever use any of the freebies myself (I don't eat this stuff outside of work usually) but my loved ones like to treat themselves with my account so it's fun to seem generous!

Customer service at this Dunkin' Donuts is the best I've ever experienced! They are fast, friendly and concise with my ordersWill definitely be traveling a city over to go to the Dunkin' Donuts !

The drinks are always inconsistent. It's like you're rolling a dice . Risky on whether or not you'll get a good drink or sewer water . Today I was very clearly judged over the intercom buy one of the male employees (heavier set , newer employee ) regarding my drink. Yes I ordered what I ordered just do your job! This is why I order ahead

"Time to Make the Donuts", who doesn't remember that early 80's TV commercial with Fred the Donut maker? Well, my kids for starters, who were born after it aired. LOLhttps://m.youtube.com/watch?v=petqFm94osQ But for me, it started when Dunkin Donuts did a major expansion into my Queens neighborhood in the 60s. It facts, they wisely opened a store directly across from our Catholic church and school. Smart!This Menifee Dunkin's as they are now called, is as busy as any of the green siren's coffee shops. It's clean. They're fast. And, everything is fresh starting at 4:30 am. Yep, that's when they open. My coffee/donut server Katelin is the most friendly and patient person I know. She's first class. And unlike the confusion down the street at the Chicago burger place, the line here moves pretty quickly. Nice!Four and a Half Stars, rounded to Five.

Sadly another business forcing the customer to fend for themselves with no customer service. Two registers at the counter but the employees purposely do not address you to force you to use the self service kiosk. There's an ADHD gentleman trying to get help and has been disregarded more then once. I personally been here for 10-15 mins and yet have been served my 2 coffees let alone have been given my two sandwiches. I enjoy Dunkin and at one point this location but sadly am now disappointed

I go to Dunkin over Starbucks and the staff here are always so kind and helpful. My coffee orders are usually the same, it never differs.

I have gone to this Dunkin multiple times, and the drive thru workers are not very warm or inviting. Often times I pull up to the drive thru and wait several minutes to hear "what can I get you?" With attitude. No greeting, nothing. This most reason time I waited and no one said anything for a few minutes and then said "are you ready to order?" Like I'm an inconvenience. I mostly go to the Murrieta Hot Springs Dunkin because they are always upbeat and personable. I hope some training is done for this drive thru staff.

i love this location, it's normally great and the customer service is always awesome here. However, the one complaint i have is that half the time the lids they put on the foam drinks are constantly popping right off and/or leaking all over me every time i take a sip. So, if they could maybe see about getting better lids that would be perfect.
