Drea's Smash Cakes

Andrea created the cake I envisioned. I'm so glad I came across her page. This pic doesn't do justice to the detail on this cake . Not only was the cake perfect but it tasted delicious too.

Drea was able to not only squeeze me in a week before i needed my cake, but was sooooo accommodating and sweet with what i had envisioned. She took my reference photos and added her own creativity to them. And the cake was AMAZING!! It was so realistic and everyone loved it. Usually custom cakes like this look great but never taste as gold. But holy cow. This cake she made was cookies and cream and it was so moist and so delicious. Even the crushed Oreos inside the filling were still crunchy! 10/10 for the appearance 10/10 for the taste. This woman is a god send and i highly recommend her for anything you do. Thank you so much Andrea!!! I'll forever have you do any cake i need in the future!!!

Was looking for a last minute cake for my little brothers birthday and definitely was there for me thru it all ! So friendly , asked many questions on specifics of the cake I wanted . Literally when I saw the cake my mouth dropped ! Exactly how I wanted it came out perfect & also tasted delicious so moist and not to sweet ! Thank you again for everything ! Defiantly will continue to order for future events !

The quality of the cake is definitely there and the cream topping tasted amazing, but I had a really rough experience overall. I'm posting because I don't want other moms making the same mistake I did. I really hope she eventually changes the name of her bakery. A "smash cake" from my understanding is a SMALL cake made for a BABY'S first birthday. You can google it to find out. I contacted her letting her know what I wanted, she was very friendly and accommodating over the phone. However, when I got there the cake was huge. I asked if she could cut it smaller for me. The actual location of this place is her home in Hemet, which was an hour and a half drive away for me. I had to go somewhere and come back to pick up the revised cake, so it took me over 2 hours overall and it inevitably got ruined during transit. The top half of the cake had slid off of the fresh warm frosting. I had paid over 40 dollars; had done all this running around while 8 months pregnant. I was seriously drained from the experience. Drea was not apologetic, or sympathetic when she found out the cake got ruined. No coupons or refunds offered afterward. I felt like I was bothering her if anything. I'm not saying don't go here, because the cakes taste and look really good. Just don't go here if you need a SMASH CAKE, because even though it's in the name of the place, it' doesn't seem like something they normally do.

I was really excited to have found Drea's smash cakes as she seemed to have good reviews and awesome pictures of cakes. I contacted her and she was quick to respond. I let her know what I was looking into getting. Unfortunately after asking to meet so I could have a taste test she never responded back. It kind of sucked because I wasted a week waiting to get a response but forunately I was able to find a bakery in time that actually called back and wanted my business. I completely understand if she did not want my buisness she can choose not to but it would have been nice to have recieved a call back or text letting me know. (: I wish nothing but the best to her business but do think this review is valuable to people who may be in my same situation.

OMG! I wish I had found her a long time ago! Her cakes are not only beautiful but they taste amazing! I will never order a cake through anyone else here on they are delicious! Very professional and friendly! Thank you so much Andrea!

Andrea is such a sweetheart and she was great to work with. She has a good response time and would always get back to me with my concerns or questions. I absolutely loved the detail she put into the cake. The cake was also very delicious!

We ordered a cake for my daughter's first birthday party and couldn't be happier with it. Andrea was very communicative and collaborative in bringing the cake we wanted to life! You could really tell she spent a great deal of time and skill into both the big cake and smash cake! It was beautiful and delicious! Would definitely recommend!

I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday and it was perfect! I showed her a picture of what I wanted the cake to look like and it came out better than the picture. She nailed the flavors I requested. The sponge was so moist and I loved that it was all buttercream frosting and only the decorations were made of fondant. I highly recommend her.
