So far so good Move to lake Elsinore and found this place excellent price is average but food portions are amazing not like other places where they charge more and give you less Place is clean and looks great inside Staff very friendly and excellent customer service kudos to Aldo at front Definitely coming back for a real size juicy and great burger

Never had an issue with the quality of food. Never had an issue with their customer service. So I'm really not sure how this place has 3.1 stars. We literally come a few times every single week. Everything on their menu is good!

My favorite burger spot in Lake Elsinore . The burritos and breakfast is also very decent. The burgers are massive and fries are definitely more than enough for me. This place tends to be very busy so I can understand why there are some tables left uncleaned and how the wait can be long, but it's worth it to me.

Small clean quick service diner in unassuming parking lot. Reminiscent of yellow basket. Good service, decent food. Cooked to order though a little slow. Enjoyed what we got, would return

I have eaten at least 30 times at this restaurant and I'm not saying this is the best food I have eaten, but I can say you get your moneys worth during today's high inflation prices. They have a good selection of on the go foods from Hamburgers, Burritos to salads. The quality is good and the portions are large it's great for families with several kids. The service is fast and orderly due to the flow of customers. Off street parking is tight with a large vehicle.

Finally! My beloved Douglas has returned! The chorizo breakfast burrito SMACKS, it is my go-to breakfast option! We also ordered the pancake breakfast combo. Both dishes were delivered quickly and the service is friendly. The place is clean and there is ample seating. If you know, you know: Douglas is the place to be. Looking forward to returning back!

It was a drive thru order for the family meal deal cheese burger's you guys have Evan with added fried zucchini it's way cheaper and better quality food than any other place you can go in town. And Douglas is waaaaay better than that over rated in and out burger place. Douglas burger's has better flavor and they don't have to drowned it in sauce to get it.. better flavor, better food, better value, just better. Thank you for hearing me. (James cason my wife my two daughters and I if given the choice will always choose Douglas burger's hands down.) Family will come in from out of state and say I have heard all this stuff about in and out burger I have to try it. I tell them no no no. You have to try THIS place. Doesn't matter what they are trying I don't let them go without having the fried zucchini and your fabulous ranch dressing. Oh dear mother of God what a combination.

For years, Douglas has been great in taste and experience. However, it appears that the owner of Douglas Burgers has chosen the cost-cutting measure over customer satisfaction experience. These sleazy cardboard boxes are horrible for takeout food. By the time I arrived home, the box appeared to fall apart. Switching from styrofoam to these biodegradable boxes is horrible! Stop being cheap Douglas Burgers! This experience is similar to switching plastic straws to paper straws!

Douglas Burgers is SOooo good! The service is beyond expectations as well as the food and always consistent. The establishment is very tidy and clean. Recently I asked to speak to the manager and I told him exactly what I just said. You won't be disappointed if you haven't already tried Douglas Burgers. Let it be noted: I am a very picky guy when it comes to food and service.
