Donut Star

Been coming here since I was a child. Always had great memories of choosing chocolate donuts or apple fritter donuts!! Sadly, stopped coming here as a teen & adult.To my surprise, my Momma asked me to pick up 1/2 a dozen donuts at this spot last week & all my childhood memories came flushing back!! man!!! Talk about FRESH DONUTS!!!!! Aghhh!! I devoured my chocolate sprinkles donut with such delight!!! I was in heaven!! I also had a bite of my husbands strawberry donut & it was just as delicious!! My Momma got the last Apple Fritter so I'll definitely be stopping by for one of those next time I visit my Mom.

Damn, has anyone else ever randomly get that raging desire for a nicely made, fresh donut? Maybe it's just me, but if you do too than Donut Star gots you! I have called to check if they were still serving donuts when they had 10 minutes left before closing before (i'm sorry) and was told to come on by they still had a good selection of donuts AND croissant sandwiches. They really do take care of you night or day, and for an affordable reasonable price. Even came to this place on Christmas!! I have never seen Donut Star have any spec of dust or sort of mess when I come, it's always spotlessly clean, and has that sweet bread aroma inside. I really like donuts if you couldn't tell.

Best donuts in this area of south Ontario. Service is super friendly and they appreciate your business. Downside is parking sometimes.

They were open Christmas. First time trying and I recommend the raisin cinnamon roll was it was chefs kiss. The guy work was very friendly. I would go there again when I'm in Ontario.

Excellent tasting donuts. First time trying this and will definitely return and recommend to all. Donuts taste fresh and just the right amount of ingredients to not be overly sweet or overdone. if you're looking for a fluffy, tasty donut visit this Donut Star.

This place is awesome. I always come here for the jalapeno croissants after round of golf at whispering lake. Both owners are very friendly and welcoming. Recommended donut shop in ontario.
